* The Next Day*

Ciara's POV
I woke up disturbed from my sleep by my ringing cellphone. Without checking the Caller ID I answered. "Hello?" I mumbled in my sleepy voice, "So what happened last night?" Nicole asked on the other end of the line. "What are you talking about?" I asked confused, I can't think straight since I just woke up. I forgot what happened last night myself.

"You said Lucci talked to you idiot" she reminded me, oh shit I forgot! I thought that was a dream. "Oh yea! He did, bitch I gave him my number" I told hear with a excited tone, "He tried to get me to come over but you know I ain't a hoe" I informed her.

"Damn, girl you lucky as hell. But you trying to link up today?" She asked me, "yea what's the move?" I responded and she hummed trying to think about where we should go out.  "I would say to Dynasty but you work there, we should just go out to a cafe and see where it goes from there" she suggested, I haven't hung out with my Bestfriend in a while so I'll go, "ok I'll see you then text me which cafe, I'll be there in about a hour or so" I informed her and I hung up the phone.

Lucci's POV

"Run that back" I said to my producer, I've been in the studio since 3 am. It's about 9:30 right now. It's still kinda early so I might walk through my city. As he played the track back I began to get into the beat of the song and started singing it word from word. I'm trying to get my music as tight as it can be, the fans love it so you know I'm progressing.

"Alright that's it right there, that shit go in" I announced, I put the blunt of weed to my mouth and Inhaled it slowly exhaling. It's bout time for me to wrap up now. "I'm done for today y'all can start going on with ya day now" I told everybody and I dapped them up as they headed on out the door.

I was left in the room by myself and I leaned back in my chair, I started to remember the girl I met last night. Miss independent, she something else.. She probably the first female that has denied me, this might actually go somewhere. I pulled out my phone and pressed on her contact, it would be better if I text her I don't know if I should call.

"Hey Ciara, what's going on?" I sent the message and she hasn't replied yet. She's probably busy.. Imma just go around the city now, I'm starting to get bored.

Ciara's POV

I just got out of the shower, it's time for me to go to the cafe now. I sing along with the music, of course I'm listening to Lucci. " and I ain't taking bout shit, I'm the chosen one. And if a nigga play put a hole in one" I said as I put tooth paste on my brush and began to brush my teeth.

My music was interrupted by a ding from my phone, it was from a unknown number. "Hey Ciara what's going on?" It says, I started jumping  up and down excited, this might be Lucci I thought. He sent this 30 minutes ago but I'm just now getting it, anyway I hurried and replied  so he doesn't think I'm not interested. "Hey, What you been up to?" I responded with a smile.

He didn't respond right away so i finished brushing my teeth and walked to my bed with the clothes I prepared. I put on my black shirt and let my curly hair down and started to shake my head so it could get fluffy again. Then I put on my "ruined" jeans and stepped my feet inside my black Pumas.

I got another text message but it wasn't from Lucci, it was Nicole. "Let's go to the Cafe near T.I's restaurant, I'm sure you know which one im speaking on" it says and I replied, " ok I'll be there in 30" I then placed  my phone on my bed.

Grabbing my lipstick purse, I walked into my bathroom and picked out my brown Matté colored lipstick. Once I placed it softly onto  my lips, I rub it in like usual. I walk back into my bedroom and grab my round cheetah print glasses and head out the door.

Since I live close by I'm going to walk. I opened my front door and walk outside onto the concrete and starting to walk with my headphones plugged in listening to music.

I finally arrived in front of the cafe after 10 minutes of walking. Nicole beat me here, she was on her phone sitting at a table by the front window waiting for me. I smiled and sat in front of her. "Hey child" I said making her jump. " oh damn you scared me stop doing that" she laughed.

One of the waitresses handed us the drinks we ordered and we're just speaking on random topics. I already told her the details on Lucci.
"How's Dynasty though?" She asked me, " you know same as usual, Jonathan is getting on my nerves, ever since he became manager he thinks he can boss me around" I rolled my eyes and before she could reply I got a text.

It's Lucci, " I see you" i read it out loud and Nicole looked around. Suddenly she looked out the window and froze solid looking as if she saw a ghost. I heard a knock on the window and it was the one and only himself, Lucci. I smiled through the window and waved and he entered the cafe walking towards our table.

"Wassup Miss independent" he says to me and I stand up reaching for a hug, " Hey it's good to see you again" I said as I pulled out the warm hug, I'm actually calm right now surprisingly. "Who's this?" He asked looking at Nicole who was staring at him like God himself was in her presence. I giggled " this is my Bestfriend Nicole, don't mind her she's just shocked to see you" I told him and he laughed.

" Hello Nicole it's nice to meet you" he said reaching  his hand out to her and she hesitated for a moment. "H-hey I'm Nicole b-but you know you can call me nicki" she stuttered and shook his hand, i was trying not to laugh because this was me last night.

"You don't mind if I steal Ciara from you for a moment do you?" He asked her and she shook her head, " No no it's fine, take all the time you want" she said and looked at me with a smirk on her face. I rolled my eyes, grabbed my purse and followed him outside the building.

He was leaning on the wall staring at me. " So about that arrangement you offered" he said licking his lower lip. " I think I'll take that offer" he continued and I began to smile so hard. " So what does this mean now?" I asked already knowing the answer. "You're mine and you going to keep your end of the deal and hold me down" he informed me and I nodded.

He reached out his hand and pulled me onto his body, I can't believe this right now. All I was doing was smiling, he pulled me so close to him that our faces are 1 inch from each other and I went in for the kiss. He kissed back, we were kissing passionately for 10 seconds and I pulled away. 

"I promise I'll hold you down as long as you remain loyal and humble" I said to him.

"For sure baby girl" he said and pulled up his pinky, I didn't know he was this cheesy and I giggled and locked my pinky with his.
