Q: I really don't know how to feel good in my own skin (I'm kinda chubby)... What are some ways I can move towards being happier with who I am?
A: Many things could have occured that made you feel this way and it will take time to build up your confidence again. You are a sexy, beautiful Queen/King and you have to let yourself know that everyday. Look in the mirrior and say I love myself I am gorgeous (even if you don't believe it at thay time). Step outside of your box and do something you haven't done before. If you always go to the moves, go bowling. If you only travel for work, take a vacation or a staycation. Show a little bit more of your skin (even if you're a little nervous or afraid). Workout if you want to (but never push your body past its limit). Slowly make yourself love yourself and eventually you'll wake up one day and sss that you weren't faking anymore.
