Levi's P.O.V
"What are you doing in the middle of the forest?" Eren asked me.
He was all better now and we were sitting next to each other, inches apart looking down at the small fire we created. There had been no warmth recently so having a little heat was a big change for me. I sighed happily at the feeling and unintenionally ignored his question, relaxing. I let out the breathe I didn't even realize I was holding in and smiled slightly.
Eren stared at my actions for a bit before copying, however he glanced at me from time to time causing me to blush from embarrassment. I never really took a good look at him until he feel asleep near the fire. He had messy, soft, brown hair and - from what I remember - turquoise, glossy eyes. He was wearing a green shirt and a red cardigan followed with a red scarf to finish it off. He was taller than me which kind of pissed me off a bit but he seemed nice from what I could tell. I looked down at his sleeping figure and walked over to him and sat beside him. He seemed friendly which is a personality trait I wasn't used to - maybe I could be his friend?
No, no. I can't be. He will probably wake up in the morning, thank me and leave without returning my favor. However, I didn't really seek him returning my deed. I guess I haven't met an actual kind person in so long I feel desperate of befriending the first one I meet.
I looked at him for a couple of seconds and let another small smile out. I stood up again and walked back to my space and laid down on the ground, trying to get to sleep.
~morning~
"Wake up, Levi." A voice called, "You need to wake up."
Instead of replying I groaned and turned away from their direction, rolling over on the leaf filled ground. I heard them huff and started to shake me.
"Leviiiii~" They whined. I furrowed my eyebrows in annoyance and opened one eye, giving them a glare.
It was Eren who had messier hair than usual and was pouting. I'd be lying if I said I felt a tiny bit of guilt because of him, I'd be lying if I said he pout wasn't cute. I rolled my eyes and sat up staring in to space then back at him. He gave me a bigger smile than before and tilted his head in an adorable way. I looked down and hid my head in my legs, trying to hid my blush.
"Stop." I said.
"Doing what?"
"B-being a-adorable." I mumbled looking at him. He stared at me in shock and looked at me with wide eyes.
Crap! I screwed up! The only nice person I met is going to leave me and I'll be alone in these woods forever and I'll never find a home and my mother will be right about no-one loving me and-
"YOU ARE SO ADORABLE!" He cheered, I rose an eyebrow before getting tackled to the ground in a big hug. Squeezing my waist, he hid his face in my neck and kept repeating 'cute cute cute cute cute cute cute cute!'
I was shocked and my whole face turned a crimson red colour.
"I'm what?" I asked, he looked directly at me and smile goofily.
"ADORABLE! I THOUGHT YOU WERE GOING TO BE ALL STRICT AND MEAN BUT YOU'RE JUST ADORABLE! THE WAY YOU STUTTER AND THE WAY YOU BLUSH I JUST WANNA EAT YOU UP LIKE A BREAD!"
My face was burning as I tried to speak but couldn't.
"I BARLEY EVEN KNOW YOU BUT YOU'RE SO ARGHHHH!" He finished. He hugged me again while I just awkwardly laid there on the ground, debating whether to hug back or not. Unfortunately, he pulled away and stared at me in silence.
"C-can we p-please get t-to k-know each other be-before you h-hug me to d-death?" I stuttered, still embarrassed by his compliment.
"Sure, let's become friends." He suggested.
"Yes!" I yelled happily, he laughed at me as I smiled widely.
Maybe I can make friends.

this is the second chapter, I rewrote this like ten times but don't worry if it is bad I will probably edit all the chapters by the time I get to chapter 5.
sneak peek of the modern times.
I was walking down the halls holding tightly onto my books, normally I'd walk with Eren but he was late. As I walked silently I heard yelling come from further down the building.
"LEVI-SENPAI!" Eren yelled.
oh shit.
He ran up behind me and tackled me into a hug - almost lifting me off the ground.
"I missed you, I bet you missed me. You missed me!" He blabbered in my ear as I tried to get out of his grip.
"No I didn't." I snapped, obviously I was lying. I couldn't live without the brat.
"Yes you did, I bet you cried at home. Whining about how you wanted me to cuddle up with me while watching movies." He teased, I scoffed.
"As if, you would be daydreaming about me marrying you in a fucking wedding dress like always." I groaned, he cheekily giggled.
"Awww, but you'd look so pretty."
"I don't care, I don't want your perverted mind anyway near me." I argued. He hummed happily.
"Trust me Levi, I've dreamt of our honeymoon." He added. I got out of his grip and...
POW!
He tripped backwards with a bleeding nose, I smirked and walked away as he ran towards me.
We're not even dating.
