The principal #1

"Huh? Who's that behind- Ooff!" I say turning around. I see a boy with a white bear hat and blonde hair.

"Oh no! I-I'm so sorry (Y/N)!! I did t mean to fall on top of you!" Finn cries getting up off me. He reaches out a hand for me to get up. "Haaa if it's you Finn, it's ok." I reassure him. He forms a worried smile on his small, delicate face. "Oh yeah! I had to tell you something too! The principal wants to see you and me immediately!" He explains. I'm already shocked. Why does the principal need to see me? Is my mum here? Did I get in trouble? Oh no... What if there are boys again trying to chase me again ?! I wonder in shock. "It's ok (Y/N), your not in trouble. Though I'm not sure why he wants to see me too... Anyway I lead you to his office as you are still new here. Fi, you can head to class. I'll take it from here." Finn orders Fionna. She nods and walks to class. He nods back and leads me to the principals office.

It only takes us a few minutes to get to the office. Man the school is big. I think to myself. "Ok, here we are. Ladies first!" Finn says opening the doors for me. I nod a thank you and walk in with Finn following shortly behind.

We both sit down on two chairs in front of the big desk. I look around the room in amazement. Even though I've been in here before, I never knew how decorative the principal was. It's so colourful in here, filled with drawings of him with students. Paper lanterns. Different types of lights hanging from the ceiling. Man this guy is weird. Probably a hippie or something....

A few seconds later of silence, the big black desk chair in front of us starts to turn around. I'm scared if I am in trouble and what Finn said was just to calm me down. I sit up straight, dust of any pieces of thread on my clothes and do a fake smile.

As the the chair is facing us I see a black and white spotted cat.
Is this the principal?!
"Meow." The cat says. "Awwww!" I hear Finn say. He gets up off his chair and walks towards the cat. Petting her soft, delicate fur. "Finn?! Wait! That might be the principal!" I say running towards Finn. I look at the cat and examine it. It's big purple eyes following me gaze. After a few seconds of examination I finally admit it. "Yep, this cat is just too cute to be the principal." I say while picking up the cat.

Her fur is just as I imagined it to be. So soft. So warm. So- "Haha! Why hello Finn and (Y/N)! Thank you for coming at such short notice. I'm sorry I'm late." I hear a voice say. "Oh and I think you've already met my cat Porcelain! Isn't she a beaut!"

I turn around to see the real principal behind us. I am embarrassed and gently put the cat back down on the chair. "Meow."

Yeah I didn't know how to end this chapter well but hope you like it anyway!
