Kamile's POV:
We walked out and his eyes are the first I see. His green eyes. His scruffy blonde hair, thats scruffy, but hot. Something, please, break this awkward stare...
The next thing I know, Katy is hugging her boyfriend Harvey and I go green with envy of thier relationship! I wish I could have that with Jamie. Jamie. The name lurks in my head and I feel sick. I hadn't realized I looked away dirtily because of Harvey. What if he thought it was at him!? Oh no, now he's looking at the floor and I feel I need to say something!
Katie N's POV:
I notice Kamile trying to say something to Jamie who looks sad, but she cant find the guts too. So I give her a hard shove forward and she falls, flat on the floor. I immediately bend to help her up and apologize but Jamie is already helping her, so I leave them be. My focus aims to Katy and Harvey who are happily chatting amongst themselves. I go over to Ellie, Kytha, Amber and Maria (a girl who is also our friend but isn't in many of our lessons so doesn't hang around with us much) and we begin to tell Maria about the wall incident. She is fascinated and we decide to let her come along after school to investigate with us.
Maria's POV:
Katie, Kytha Amber and Ellie told me about the secret passage way and I'm so excited for after school! But for now I have Maths, URGH
Ellie's POV:
We have ICT next and I'm in the IMac room, and I sit directly infront of the hole in the wall. Im so tempted to have a sneak preview before tonight but I dont know if i'll make it discreetly and without my teacher noticing. I decide not too, but the pain of waiting is killing me. Wait a minute... Im a freaking Shadowhunter? I can use my stele (a silver like wand) to draw a rune (a chinese-like shape tattoo that gives me a power) on my hand. The rune of time freezing. I dont know how long it will last, so I need to go to the library to find the book we hid will all the rune information in. Great. Time to use my knowledge of excuses to get to the library. Sir, I need the toilet!
Amber's POV:
So I am sat in IT when I see Ellie getting her stele out and drawing a rune on her tummy. Its begins to shape the rune of invisibility, so I know she is up to something. I get Kytha and we decide to sneak out and find out what's going on, and it turns out she was so tempted to go and investigate the gap in the wall that she had to go and find the time freezing rune from the book in the library. I figured we would need it later anyway so we decide to all go and get it. When we got to the library, we went to the 3rd row of books, 2nd shelf, 1st book. 3,2,1. It was covered to look like a dictionary so that not many people would pick it up. Last year it was covered to look like a Portuguese dictionary but we had to change it as a Portuguese girl moved to our school and couldn't speak English, so we got worried and changed it to a Turkish dictionary, and im pretty sure we wont get any Turkish new-comers.
Kytha's POV:
We got the book just as the invisibility rune faded and we became visible again. Ellie took the book and hid it in her school bag since hers was the biggest. We went back to IT and sir didn't even notice us gone. We have Art next, then Media, then PE, great. Its ages until we get to investigate the passage way! Too much waiting!
Katy R's POV:
FINALLY PE IS OVER AND NOW ITS TIME TO GO AND INVESTIGATE THE PASSAGE WAY! I meet up with Kamile, Katie, Amber, Ellie, Kytha and Maria and we head towards the IMac room. We check the coast is clear and remove the panel. This time it was different. We were all shadowhunters and we knew when we could smell demon blood. And right now, it was stronger than Katys perfume. Someone had been into the passage way, a demon that was injured, or someone dragging a dead demon. This just got 10 times more exciting.
