Tony Stark awkwardly jogged from the west to the east walls to already mounted computer screens. He had already called Director Fury. S.H.I.E.L.D seemed to have been picking up the spikes on the map as well when the iron clad hero called. They were the same readings back in New York, 2012, and another spot on the map seemed to be fluctuating with energy from another world -even, perhaps another dimension. Flicking his finger at a button on the holographic screen in front of him, Tony once again dialed Fury to have him gather up the team.

"I'm assuming you're calling again to tell me you need a favor, Stark." Director Fury's stern face popped up on the screen. His voice dripped with his usual sarcasm and skeptic tone.

"Yes, and no. I looked more into those readings I told you about earlier," Tony moved a few screens over to Fury's line of vision and spread them out in chronological order. "The data I'm getting is almost the same from four years ago. This time, though, a spot in Oregon is suddenly poofing up with otherworldly energy."

"Alright, so what do you want me to do about it?" Nick Furry said crossing his arms.

Tony swung around from his  furious tapping, a straight look crept on to his face. "I want to assemble the team." He knew that if the team assembled it might cause unneeded panic and this would be a huge debate if the source happened to be nothing.

"Tony, I don't think this is as important as you think it is."

"That's exactly why I want to do this because when you think something isn't important, everything goes wrong in the ways that are important." Papers in hand, Tony marched off to the side, awaiting his planned response. He mumbled something more, "I do understand some THINGS."

"Fine, but if you're wrong-"

"Yeah, yeah, I know." The screen shut off with a pixelite 'pew.'

Across the coast, chaos raged in a sleepy town in Roadkill, Oregon. Gravity Falls was under its most terrifying encounter yet, and it had only just begun. A demon whose existence was known to none was finally revealed in a storm of chaos and madness, which would eventually bring heroes to their knees. This was all made so by a simple ambitious mistake a scientist made thirty years ago.

"Ah, it feels good to sit above an entire race again."

Hello once again, readers. This is going to be the note that invites you to the other side of sanity because--oh boy--I know it will be for me! Welcome to Morningstar, a crossover between The Avengers and Gravity Falls. The prologue is actually gonna be, like, maybe five chapters (?), but anyway, the first arc is going to dive right in and then after that...well, shit hits the fan. There's gonna be revenge, op abilities, and ooh lookie at the pretty stones sittin' in the corner over thar.
This first parts rrly short, but soon, and I mean soon, the next part will be up to continue what I have left off.
Well, that's about all I can explain, so I guess I'll sign off for now. Chapters are to be published every two weeks. (That also depends on school and every other factor that may decide to wriggle itself in my damn schedule.) Lmao ok bye.
