My Life Chapter Two

--------------------------Chapter Two

              "Hey guys" I said to my group of friends. (aka) Lala, Michael, Michelle, Jason, and Evan.

      Suddenly I was being hugged by two people but I couldn't see who they were because my face was smushed into the guys chest. "Kenzi!" the two people that were hugging me screamed of happiness. I recognize their voices as my best friends Eva and Logan.

      I just laughed as they backed away "Hey Eva and hey Logan" I said sending them a smiley grin with my teeth. I took a moment to drink their looks in. Eva is mixed with Black and White and has this beautiful light brown skin tone. She was wearing a yellow sun dress with light pink eye shadow with black mascara and yellow gladiators it went perfect on her skin tone and she was very pretty. Logan on the other hand was mixed with White and Mexican and he was good looking. He looked the same as always. Good. He was wearing some faded out blue jeans and a red button up shirt and some white and red jordans.

      They smiled back. We just sat there talking and laughing and having fun. Until the bell rings. Zzzing zzzing zzzing dong. We all said our goodbyes and we all separated. Me and Logan had first period together so we walked to class together.

     "Sooooo" Logan said and I looked at him.

     "Yea?" I asked him.

      He looked deep in thought for a moment so I just let him be. Two minutes passed and he talked. "I was kinda wondering if maby you could or want to come to my place and have a movie night with me and the group this weekend?" Logan asked. He knows I don't like going to peoples houses that much. I don't know why I don't I just have been like that since I was born.

     I thought about it for a second and decided I should go. "Sure" I said with a smile. I wanted to but I was scared.

     He looked at me shocked. I just laughed. "Are you serious?" he asked me unsure. I just laughed again.

    "Yes" I told hem and I giggled. He looked at me still shocked that I said yes.

      I just stated at him until he was out of his phase of shock.

    "That's grate" he smiled at me happy that I said yes. What time is it? I asked my self in my head as we walked into our class. I took out my Iphone and checked the time and my phone read that it was 7:15am.

      Class was starting in 10min. Me and Logan took a seat in the last row of the class

    "So what movies are we going to be watching?" I asked Logan

     He thought for a moment. " Scary, romance, and comedy"

     "Cool" I said.  My mind wandered off thinking about the movie night when it hit me. Was I supposed to spend the night?. Just as I was about to ask miss Scarlett our English teacher walked into class.

       I got out my English Notebook and a pencil and wrote down my name, date, period and subject on the paper. The teacher started talking and writing on the board so I took it as the opportunity ask Logan if I have to spend the night or not."Hey Logan?" I whispered asked.

        He looked at me "yea?" he whispered asked.

        "At the movie night do I have to spend the night?" I asked unsure.

       "You don't have to if you don't want to but everybody else is" he said with a half smile. I know he wanted me to stay the night but I wasn't sure.

        I looked away and copy the notes on the board. "Ok" I said back to him. He didn't say anything back just copy the notes to.

~Time Went By~

       

        Finally the end of first period and off to second period. As I walked to second period I saw Eva one of my bestfriends. "Eva!" I screamed to Eva across the school and she heard me Haha.

        "Yea?!" she screamed yelled back. I ran up to Eva and started walking with her. "Are you going to tell me" she laughed.

        I laughed to "oh ya I forgot" I said to her in a semi apology voice. "Ummm I'm going to the movie night at Logan's to" I told her. "Are you?" I asked her unsure if she's still coming or not I hope she does.

       "Of course I'm coming silly" she said as she pushed me out of the way as some guy came running down the hall.

      "Thanks " I laughed.

     "No problmem" she laughed to As we walked into art class. The art class was loud and the teacher wasn't here and class started in two minutes.

     "Hey Makenzi hey Eva" one of my bestfriends Jason and Michael said. There some of the boys out of the group.

     "Hey guys" we said to the two boys as we got our easel's to start painting.

     Eva was about to drop her easel but Jason caught it in time before it hit the ground. "Thanks" Eva said shyly. We all know Eva and Jason like eachother but they cant see it. And every time we ask them they won't edmit it.

      Eva tried reaching for her easel so she could take it but Jason held it back. "Let me hold it for you" he said and smiled down to Eva.

      Eva blushed "its ok I can hold it" she said and tride to reach for it again.

      "Nope I'm holding it and that's final" he said with a straight face then smiled at her.

        "Fine" she huffed and walked away.

         "Really? I was just trying to be nice to her" he said to us. He's always trying to do nice things for her so when he gets the chance to ask her out she'll say yes. He really likes her but he doesn't know if she likes him back so he doesn't want to tell her yet.

        "Let me go talk to her" I said and then left them standing there

to go talk to Eva.

        "What was that about?" I asked Eva. She didn't look up at me.

        "I could've carried it by my self" she huffed. I don't see why she doesn't like people doing stuff for her.

        I looked at her "he was trying to be nice and sweet and you totally ruined it". She didn't say anything back just looked down. "You know he likes you right?". She looked up at me.

        "No he doesn't" she sighed sadly. She really likes him but she won't tell him.

        "Yes he does" I said and smiled at her.

        "Then why won't he tell me then?" she asked me.

       " He really likes you but he doesn't know if you like him back so he doesn't want to tell you yet" I told her.

         "Oh" was all she said.

         "I have an idea" I told her.
