As the final bell notifying that departure was coming in, the shaky turbulence hit roughly on the commercial airline from New Haarshal to the Virgil Islands, the long and sluggish 12 hour flight was long and excruciating for someone who hasn't been on an airplane before. The hum of the engines outside the windows vibrated the craft. A scary first experience, and of that, a long one, the brimming flight was about to end for Leon.

Nearly twelve hours and three time zones later, a "small" amount of jet lag is going to hit someone who's never been airborne before. Leon was more than prepared for the rough, and scary, flight and slept throughout most of it. How he prepared was that of something normal teenagers would do, staying up at the dead of night for two nights in a row. Regretting that move, it soon turned out well for him as he came aboard the flight he slept through most of it; however the bumpy ride from transcending  from one part of the world to the next really isn't smooth at all. So the final few hours of it, Leon was awoken and couldn't fall back asleep. His long peril's weren't enough for him in sleep apparently, Leon thought he was up to par to take it, however it was nigh in the end. In the end for him, it didn't stop his hair from being a complete mess.

Another ding rings across the plane as it's the pilot once again, saying the usual blabber of speech for a commercial pilot, which was new to Leon however. "Thank you everyone for choosing AirShal for your commercial needs, we'll be landing at the West Morishi International Airport. The time is 7:28AM and the date is April 7. We'll be landing shortly..."

With the notification blinking for seat belts to be applied, Leon looked out his window, the evening sunlight hits his eyes as he opens his window. The bright tangerine colour mixed with shades of light red shine in the coast before him, below laid mountainous peaks with skyscrapers poking over the natural walls of nature. Even more below laid the huge metropolis, the sprawling white buildings seem to have scraped the bottom of plane if it reached out a bit more than it already laid, which baffled Leon for how something could stand so tall.

Dumbfounded, Leon looked out excitedly at the white buildings and the trim of black gleam out from the sides of the pure white with hints of sky blue from the windows of the buildings, reflecting the morning sky with a tint of pink. Like a small child admiring a television program early on a Saturday morning, Leon gawked at the island down below. Life seemed so small down below next to the monstrous size, people like the Haarshalian ants from home for Leon, small, but congested.

Leon signed and closed his window panel, moving back over to lay back in his chair, clutching the side of armrests of the chair. Leon then closes his eyes with a huff, putting his seat belt on in the process. Easing his mind to calm down from the very excitement that's bouncing up and around inside his body. As he does so, turbulence comes in and shook up the plane a bit, interrupting the relaxing moment Leon tried to achieve.

As the plane gets close to the ground, trembling the vessel a bit as it touches the ground. Leon gripped the armrest even tighter out of being scared, gritting his teeth as it lands on the ground. However it soon eases down but Leon's heart didn't calm down from pacing quickly. Taking quick paced breaths, getting a bit panicked, then sighing out a loud exhale when he heard the pilot hop back onto the intercom.

"We have landed down on the western coasts of Morishi Island, at the West Morishi International Airport. Current time is 7:46 AM, Central Coast Time Zone..." the pilot droned on with the normal spiel of what is to come with passengers entering the new lands. In the moment, Leon felt a bit detached from reality, all of what he knew is now over thousands of kilometers away, to never be in easy reach in the time being. The strange new lands Leon is stretching now spawn before him, each blade of grass, each leaf, each and every unseen birds, animals, insects, all new in front of him. It's as if he entered an alien world, filled with the same kind of people and everything, however everything was different. Different to him and it seemed like it was only weird to him. The others, mostly in business attire, suits, dress shirts and skirts. All looked normal, all looked like they were people on vacation or meetings, but to Leon, the people he spent the last seventeen hours together are now different; mutated to a point that they're no longer normal.
