Dear Natsu,

I know you've come to look for me, and I had asked you not to do so. It breaks my heart a little that you would leave the guild behind just to look for me. But you'd do anything for a comrade, wouldn't you? But please, just abandon your quest, and stop searching for me. I'll come back to the guild, I promise. Now, though, is not a good time. I have a journey I have to take on my own, and I hope you respect that, even just a little bit. I have my keys with me, and they are and always have been great companions. Speaking of keys, have you realized why I'm taking this journey? If you don't, please realize soon. I have also found a girl in a treasure hunters guild that looks just like me, but has shorter hair, sort of like Edolas' Lucy? But she is so kind and is also a good friend, I hope that you two will get to meet, you two have so much in common. As I'm saying hello, I also want you to know I'm saying goodbye, we might never see each other again for another year or so. Hopefully, though, I won't make you wait that long. I have too many hopes. Hello, goodbye, Natsu.

Love, your best friend and comrade,

Lucy Heartfilia

Hello, goodbye, Lucy.

Hmm, where am I?

"Aquarius!" I called, looking around, but it was useless; it was too dark.

But I could've sworn the sun was just rising!

"Oh young maiden~" I heard a familiar voice call.

"You're awake already? We don't even have the evening meal prepared."

I pointed my head in the direction the voice was coming from.

Suddenly, a match was struck, and a candle was lit. Then another, and another. Soon, I could see where I was and who exactly was talking.

"What am I doing here? Why am I tied up? What happened to my other clothes?"
I practically shouted at him, looking down at my outfit. I was wearing a black headress that was braided into my currently short hair, and a navy blue crop top along with a long matching navy blue skirt that was embroidered with jewels of all colors.

"Too many questions, as all women ask. They want to know so much, when their minds can only hold so little." He shook his head.

"Then may I know your name?" I said, slightly annoyed by his comment.

"Traimer, Alexander Traimer. And I'm a prince."

"Prince Alexander Traimer. What irony." I snickered.

"What's so funny?" He asked, ruffling his dark red hair.

"Alexander represents that he stands for his people, although you don't seem like that kind of person, being the way you are." I replied matter-of-factly.

"You know my name, not my story, silly maiden."

"I have a name, and it's Lucy!" I replied, quite admittedly, rudely, accidentally giving him my real name.

I suppose it's all right, since Natsu's looking for Lyric now, not me, although chasing her scent to this town makes it confusing... I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

"No last name? I'll change that." He smirked and lifted me up in his arms, bridal style. I had handcuffs on my hands and feet, no wonder.

Setting me on a chair, he uncuffed my feet first. As soon as he did so, I kicked him in the face and ran out the door past two other people, and a third I almost ran into. A tall, armor-clad woman, with bright red hair that looked like actual flames and another with red hair so dark it looked burnt that was dressed the same way. The final, was young girl, who looked young yet old at the same time, who wore a dress as red as blood and had long maroon hair.
