Bennett decides to leave a note under Daya's pillow telling her to meet him at their old spot in five minutes. Daya was hesitate if she should meet him or not but she had to tell him what happened with their daughter. Daya finally meets Bennett at their spot.

"I've missed you" bennett says trying to start a conversation.

"Why did you come back here" Daya asked bennett with an attitude.

"I wanted to come back to you and our baby daya" Bennett replied confused on why she would ask that.

"Oh so now your concern about her" Daya says angrily.

"I've always been concerned daya... wait her ?" Bennett says shocked.

"Yeah her, we have a daughter.. oh by the way she's in foster care if your soo concerned you should know that" Daya replied still having an attitude.

"Foster care what!? How did she get in foster care daya" Bennett says confused and shocked.

it's a long story but pornstache mother wanted to adopt her but Aleida called Caesar and him and my cousin Jazmine came to pick her up after I gave birth but he got arrested and now my siblings and our baby are in foster care" Daya explains to bennett.

"Arrested for what and why would pornstache mom want to adopt her" Bennett says still confused as ever.

"It doesn't matter why he got arrested but he won't be around for a long time and Mendez mom thought she could raise her for us but idk..but Aleida got out early and hopefully she gets them all back including our baby girl but you need to help her bennett I need you to step up and get your daughter back" Daya says hoping he'll step up and find their little girl.

"I'll do anything to get our little girl back daya, I'm not going anywhere this time" Bennett says assuring that he'll get her back.

"Let's hope you mean that this time" Daya says walking away from bennett.
