It was a Friday night deep in the small town suburbs of east texas the sun had just set and the stars had just began comming into sight, you can see lights flashing and the sound of exploions comming from a two story home with large white pilars supporting the top floor and large windows that surround the various walls along with a pool out back. In that house you see four teenagers three boys and a girl each sitting at a diffrent screen clicking away and you can see the screens flashing diffrent colors and you hear all these magical sound effects emitting from the speakers while the group screams and cheers as there virtual Avatars plunder and hunt down various monsters and demons finding sweet loot and amazing treasures avoiding traps and finding secret hidden passageways. one of the boys who is sitting on the far end and is raging intensly is Ian he is tall and has sort of spikey dirty-brown hair and is small framed, he wears a black and green headset with the symbol of a green sun on one of the sides a light blue t-shirt and some dark blue jeans, he sits slouched as if he has some back problems and he nearly screams in excitement as his bluemage character used some sort of special attack to kill some goblins with dark leather armor and wielding hatchets. the boy next to him with sort of short dark wavy hair and is scarffing down some pepperoni rolls while eraticlly pressing buttons left and right is Landon and beside him playing with seemingly intense focus with darkish skin is Irvin and the Girl on the other side of the room facing the wall away from the windows with short brown hair wearing a black t-shirt and light blue jeans is Paige, Ians girlfreind who is silently playing along with the guys in this new game that she recommended to them called "EVERLASTING" a fantasy RPG Online MMO thats still in the beta stage, she was able to get early access to the game and invited the guys to play. Ever since she showed them the game they have been playing non-stop, gathering loot, killing monsters and leveling up gruadually. As there characters reached the final level of the first dungeon which was guarded by a large blue one eyed hammer wielding cyclops, Ian suggested that they all take a small break at the tavern in the home town of Everlast where all adventurers rest and regroup for the next battle but landon urged that they keep going and finish the dungeoun because he had to start taking the rest of group home, Ian looked over at Irvin and Paige who were shrugging while looking at there most recent drop of loot. Ian looked at the clock on his computer which read 10:00pm he then said with a sigh. "ok landon well fight the boss but if we die and we all lose our new gear?...Ill kill you" Paige added with," Yes so will I." Irvin nodded with agreement as they all turned around to face there screens and begin the Boss Fight. the epic music began to play getting each of them pumped up and excited for the fight, the cyclops stomped out of a nearby cave with a giant battle hammer in its left hand with some sort of mucus running down from its underbite. the monster roared loudly as it approuched them, each one of them readied there weapons and formed a battle plan. Ian said as he began to create a sort of force field with his wand, "Ok guys lets think of a plan. irvin you start shooting at it with your fireball attack while i create a protection field while landon and paige yall rush him from the front and back." Paige and landon looked at each other with happy grins on there faces and they each yelled loudly there own unique battle cry as they ran towards the beast, "BLITZ KREIG!!!" "YOLO!!!" "LEROY JENKINS!!!" Paige ran directly towards the beast while it lifted its large hammer and try squashing her, she then while at full speed dropped to her knees and slid underneath the monster and ended up behind it while landon jumpped up high into the air with his duel hammers and came down with an awsome lightning attack slamming the cyclops in the face dealing a critical hit immediately on the first hit. Paige then began punching aggressively at the monsters back dealing massive critical hit damage with each punch while Irvin shot large blue fireballs from his destruction staff at the monster. Ian using one of this only defensive spells started giving the group some defence and speed boost to be able to not only outrun the monster but if something goes wrong its not a total loss. after about five constant minutes of intense fighting the monster had reached half health and was now becoming more aggressive, this glowing red aura began surrounding the cyclops causing his health bar to gain a shield. The rest of the group except landon and paige noticed the change and started trying to communicate to ian and irvin about it. "Ian! Irvin! the cyclops! its gained a shield! hit its shield!" Paige yelled but it was too late the cyclops reached down into the ground and picked up a boulder and threw it at ian and irvin, it hit there shield with a loud BOOM! the shield was destroyed and the blast sent irvin and ian flying. Landon looked at Paige who was still hitting the monster from behind and said in a loud but brief voice. "Hey! I got them you keep this guy off me!!" she nodded and began using her more powerful moves to gain its attention, as landon slipped away running to go help the others Paige was running and dodging around hitting various areas of the monster slowly damaging its shield. when landon reached ian and irvin who were trying to recover from the blast landon looked at each ones health bars to see who was hurt more, Ian was at below half health so landon helped and used a revival crystal on him. A blue aura began surrounding ians character and then a ray of light struck him lifting him up into the air and a blast of light engulfed him setting his health at half. Irvin then began using his basic healing magic on them sending there health almost to 70 percent after that ian asked where Paige was and then a loud yell and explosion comming from over the small hill they were hiding behind and Paige was sent flying past at lightning fast speed crashing into one of the rocky walls surrounding the battlefield and then falling onto the ground. Her health bar was below 10 percent and flashing red the monster then let out a loud roar in anger as it pounded the floor beneath it with its large hands. the guys panicked as the cyclops continued its rampage of throwing boulders at them, thankfully the hill they were behind was proving to be an invaluable hiding spot to protect them from the monster. Ian ran over to paige almost nearly being smashed by a boulder and began trying to look through his bagpack for a revival crystal but as he rummaged through his pack pulling out various loot from past adventures he concluded that the group had just ran out of them and soon paige's character would slowly bleed out and die, only to respawn in the hometown without her new found gear. just as ian was letting out a yell of dissapointment irvin called him over waving a revival crystal in his hand. Paige turned around from her chair and said in a loud voice, "You Cheeky bastard!! Irvin!! come over here and Revive ME!!" irvin then chunked the crystal over to ian who almost drops it, he then quickly uses it on her just as shes about to bleed out. the same light surrounds her and brings her back into the fight, now the guys are regouping and coming up with a war plan.
