CHAPTER I
(MELODY)
“HOO…!!!”
As the crowed cheers. Bridling, ‘dumb, dumb!’ and the spike squeaks back and forth. Running to the other side, making my move. At the point angle… about to shout… a fake, fooled the guard. Perfect timing, at one shot… three points.
“Hoo!!!”
Everyone cheers…waving the Universities team banner of UM fighting Dragons.
“Jun!!!”
Screaming my name…
Upon… Silence took place…
“Hu! Hu! Hu!” Starring, holding their breaths. As the sound of the ball echoed all around.
‘Dumb!3*’
My heart beats… taking a deep breath…
“Now Jun!”
Coach screams pointing the opponents’ court ahead. Taking a step, I rush pass through every guard. At three seconds left…
------------------------------EEEEEEENNNNGGGGG-----------------------------------
BUSSER BEATER… three points! Wins!
“JUN! JUN! JUN!”
As they scream my name, their MVP. I must felt great now, we won, and I bring the game to victory. But I can’t seem so. Maybe this is all not right now that you’re not here, if only you are.
If only time will turn back. If only I could have just one wish come true, I wouldn’t wish for the stars, the moon or this life. But for 24 hour a day, 7 days a week, 12 months a year, to be the one I love… Hana.
“Forever be, I will be your number one fan. Jun.”
Your voice that gives me strength and telling me to stand up in my feet whenever I stumble down. Your smiles that’s telling me everything will be alright. Your hugs that keeps me warm when I’m cold.
If you are only here with, if you didn’t pass away… my life will be as perfect as before. I miss you, I really do miss you, so much Hana. My angel, my Angel’s eye.
“UH!” I whisper as the sight of the ocean caught me.
Not far, a quiet beach made me stop by for a minute. Down in my car barefoot walking alone in the shoreline looking far to the wide but crystalline sea. Breeze of the warm wind made me feel her. Her favorite place, my Angel.
“Hana…”
(Sweet piano music…)
I look around as a beautiful melody reached me. A few steps far, in a private rest house. By the terrace an innocent face of a girl I didn’t know, somewhat by her music tells that just like me. Emptiness is what’s inside. I close my eyes reminiscing as I listen to her melody. A sad but warm melody.
If only you can hear this now… damn I miss you so much, Hana.
