border

in this tutorial, i'll be showing you how to get a border.

the apps needed will be; picsart, phonto.

to do this, you'll need to open up picsart and use something for your background, i chose a blue background as you can see.

then click add photo and add your png.

you'll need to put the png where you want it to be.

then click the draw button.

on the draw button, you'll see this, click it.

then this should show up;

make sure that its not stroke, it's fill before clicking the checkmark.

then put the border where you want it to be.

after you save it to your camera roll, go to phonto and load up the picture.

add a title and the cover should look something like this;
