I walked out of science while shaking  the pain out of my right hand.

"God those motherfuckers have hard heads." I complained to Jake who was walking next to me. He was staring ahead with wide, scared eyes.

"I can't believe you just did that. You seriously just beat up all the guys in that class. And all of them are freaking football players! What were you thinkng?"

he exclaimed without looking at me. He was shaking his head in wonder as if trying to understand what goes through my head. I just shrugged as we reached my locker.

"It was self defense. I warned the teacher what would happen. It's not my fault she didn't believe me." I shoved my science book in my locker and took out my math book. I was ok at math, but it wasn't my favorite subject.

"You didn't have to beat all of them up though!" Jake said, finally looking at me. I stared at him like he was stupid, and leaned against the lockers next to me.

"You think, that if I had just beaten up the guy who punched me, they would leave me alone? No. They would come avenge their stupid leader. My philosophy is that once someone starts it, I will finish it. No matter what. I would have left them alone, but they attacked me first." I stood up start and headed toward my math class. I heard him sigh and then he was next to me again.

"You know you are going to be hated by everyone now." He said in a monotone voice. I stared at him then backed away from him alittle. I pointed down at myself and quircked an eyebrow at him.

"Does it look like I care what the hell people think about me?" He looked me up and down and blushed alittle.

"No, I guess not, but it still sucks to be the outcast of the school." he slumped his shoulders forward and looked at his feet.I stared at him for a momnet then I smiled and slapped him on the back, making him jolt upward.

"Hey, at least now we will be outcasts together right?" I said while laughing. He gave me a small smile.

"Yeah I guess your right. Hey by the way, what class do you have next?"

I groaned. "Calculous."  He laughed at the pained look on my face.

"Me too. Wanna sit next to each other?" he asked hesitantly.

"Sure." I smiled at him and he smiled back. When we got to the class room and walked in, everyone went silent and looked at us. I noticed some of the jocks from Science had black eyes.

"Wow, news does travel face." I said as I walked to two empty seats next to each other. I passed the idiot who had punched me first. "Oh, hows the eye doing? Sometimes I forget my own strength." I told him with a big smile. He growled and shot up onto his feet. He grabbed my shirt and pulled me so close our noses were touching.

"Shut the fuck up you little emo punk!" I stared at him in the eyes and showed him my bare wrists, not breaking eye contact. He looked at them then looked back up at me with a confused look on his face.

"For your information I have never cut myself on purpose, which means, I am in fact, not emo. Next time you go steriotyping people by the way they look, think about what is underneath those looks. A blond cheerleader could be an honor student, a 'dork' could know nothing, a jock could even be nice, or" I smiled down at him since he had lifted me slightly off the ground. "an 'emo' kid could actually have done kick boxing for most of his life and could easily knock you unconcisious." When I said this, I grabbed the arm that was holding me, twisted it so he released me and tripped him so he feel on the floor on his back. I crouched down so I was looking him in the eye.

"I would suggest that you stop bugging me and Jake. If you don't, I will make you regret it. " When I saw him nod, I got up and walked over to my new seat. Everyone was staring at me like I would snap at any second. They were worrying for nothing, I actually have great control over my actions. I whistled at Jake for the second time today. He shoock his head as if he was shaking off a trance and scurried over to the desk next to mine.

"Are you going to do this in every class?!" he whispered yelled at me. I closed my eyes and put my arms behind my head.

"I'll do it until it gets through their think skulls that they don't hav the right to judge people." He was about to say something else when the teacher FINALLY arrived. He looked young, maybe mid-twenties. He set his stuff on his desk before adressing us.

"All right kids, we have a new student today. Matt Heath, would you like to introduce yourself?" he looked at me in expectation. I gave him a slight smile.

"With all due respect sir, I don't think that's really necessary." He looked at me for a moment the shrugged.

"Whatever, I'm not forcing you. Oh, and I'm Mr. Drake." He turned toward the board and started writing math terms. I liked this teacher. He was very chill. I think this will become one of my favorite classes here.

I opened my notebook and started taking notes. Feeling the glares of many students. This school was going to be so much fun.
