"Do you think you can draw out your powers?" Soutaicho also known as Head Captain Yamamoto asked the small girl who was being supported by Yamada Hanataro.

Hanataro smiled nervously, his brain basically shutting down from being in a room with all Captains present, especially with the Soutaicho. His legs were wobbly, Hanataro also needing support:

Rina was shaking. The last time she tried to use her powers to see the future, she ended up collapsing, her Zanpakuto taken away from her and in the hands of Hitsugaya Toshiro.

It's not that she minded, she trusted Toshiro but she missed Ryochou, her Zanpakuto, so much. Her was a friend to her, and listened to her when she was troubled. Instead of a Master and Zanpakuto relationship, they had a strong and close bond.

Rina gulped. The consequences were a lot, but she could try to help Soul Society with her strength and be able to see Ryochou again.

"I... can! I can do it!" Rina yelled, smiling without a regret. The Gotei 13 Captains smirked proudly. Soutachou nodded, pleased with her decision. Rina was starting to sweat when Matsumoto came in with Ryochou in her hands.

Matsumoto gave Toshiro Rina's zanpakuto, bowing to all the Captain and giving Rina a thumbs up, then she left the meeting room. Toshiro walked over to Rina and placed Ryochou on her hands.

Rina's eyes sparkled, missing the feeling of Ryochou in her hands. She looked at Hanataro, and nodded, telling him that she was fine to stand on her own. Hanataro excused himself with a stutter, and ran away.

Rina's legs disagreed with her choice in pain, but she held it in. Rychou was with her, she had dreamt and imagined this day too many times in her mind.

'Ryochou, how have you been? Have you been lonely? I'm sorry for being so weak.'
'Rina, I see you're back. Welcome back, it's nice to see you after such a long time.'
'I'm sorry... I wish I was strong enough to fight with you...'
'Enough of that apologizing, call me out Rina.'

"Fly in the sky! Grant me your holy wind.. Ryochou!"

Rina released her shikai form, her katana changing designs. Red strings with butterflies made with that string came down from the hilt. The katana grew longer and slicker. Rina's eyes glowed a icy blue, wind going crazy in the meeting room as it surrounded her.

The wind cleared and Rina struggled to stand up. Her breaths were short and uneven. Just going into her Shikai form took lots of energy from her body, and that wasn't good.

Unohana's eye narrowed, but she didn't say anything to object. Rina needed to do this. She needed to fight her demons—her weak heart and her weak body.

"You called for me Rina-chan?" Ryochou spoke, and Rina laughed happily, touching her Zanpakuto lovingly. The warmness of the blade warmed her body, she was overjoyed that she could finally have him in her hands and talk to him after so long.

"Ryochou... I missed you a lot." Rina spoke softly. Ukitake gave a curt nod with a smile in response, truly happy for the young girl. The tension was gone, now a humble atmosphere.

Ryochou gave a hum in response, and the sword gleamed under the room's light. "What do you need with such a weak body? Aren't you healing Rina?"

Rina almost fell, but caught herself with a dizzy look. The color in her lips wiped out with a pale whiteand her eyelids were struggling to stay open.

"Ryochou, let me see the future."

"You're going to need a lot more reiatsu than this to ask me something like that." Ryochou said gruffly and Rina smiled with a tired giggle. "But I guess I can help you."
