I was confused. I sensed him. Mac. He couldn't be here, it wasn't possible. He was dead, I had attended his funeral. Hell I seen him die.

There was a sudden grip on my waist, and my breathing hitched. I felt like I was on fire. His touch was like an electric fence.

"Baby girl, it's been forever. I missed you so much. I hope you still want me like I want you, and that I haven't been replaced," He shot me that wicked grin that always made me melt.
At his words I stepped back, he couldn't be here.
My parents had passed when I was seven. Mac was all I knew after that. I had shut down and only Mac could fix me. When I lost Mac at fifteen, that was it. My brain shut down. I stopped attending school and did drugs. That was four years ago now. To have him here was confusing me. I needed him to leave. Immediately.

"Go, leave, I don't want you here. Now or ever," I spoke leaving the room without turning back. This was goodbye. I couldn't have a ghost hovering all my life. It was time to let it all go, to say goodbye. Or so I had thought...
