I felt his breath on my face,we were dangerously close..A slight movement from me,I would feel his features on mine..
He came impossibly closer.
Bend to my right,nudging in the crook of my neck.
He mumbled something.
His voice had a pleasurable rusty feeling to it..
So good that i dint catch any..
Inspite of being this close,he did not make any contact..Except his nose on my neck.
But that slightest contact gave me a feeling down my spine that cant be put in mere words..

He pulled himself away from me..
I did not have the courage to look at him,suddenly i grew an intrest on my shoes..I looked down at my shoes..like it was a masterpiece or something.
Just then I felt his index finger under my chin slightly lifting it,making me look at him.
I couldnt make out his face or any of his features..
But i could feel him smirking at me..Which i found extremely attractive..
He spoke"What do you want..?"
Why did he ask me that..?Isnt that something that I shouldve asked..?
He examined me from head to toe for a moment.It looked like he is taking in everything bit by bit.I felt my cheeks burn to red,I felt very conscious..
He gave another smile and did the unexpected...
The pain crept up my cheek..I'm sure it would leave a mark..
He slapped me..

I lost my balance and fell,He bent down in his knees.
He cupped my face in his hands..
I still held the cheek that sting..I winced in pain..Tears flowing down my cheek.
He came close. And what sounded like a loud whisper..
'You're on my lap idiot'
Uh.?

'Dare you drool on my levis...I ll kill you'

Drool..??Lap.?Wt-

'Get your face off'..

"WAKE UP CHARU..."
"CHARU we're here..We reached..!!!"

Uh.What..??I rubbed my eyes. I was in the most comfortable position..I had my legs on the side window raised to the roof of the car..Had a sweater on me, 'Little things' booming in my ears and rested my head on his lap..HIS LAP..??Whose la--
Arjun.!!Hw did i end up this way..??
Shit.I wish the ground would pull me in..

"I-I'm--I'm Sorry..I didn't kn--Fine.."

Arjun:"Woah somebody teach this cave woman how to apologise..She sleeps like a dead person...!!"

Before i could talk anything..

Vee:"We reached Mangalore..We ll be staying here today..We continue our trip tomo morning..Now set your hair..It looks like u can rent it to the crow.."

I looked up on my phone..Shit it does...Even the crows would fear staying here..
The messy bun now no more looks like one..the bobby pins are sticking out..And myFringes..Lets just not even go there..
What time it is..How long did i sleep..?? What did i miss while i was sleeping..??Did they eat without me???
How did i end up on his lap..? Why didnt he wake me earlier..??I didnt even dare to look to his side..
Reading my expression vee answered them..

Vee:"Chill U slept for 3 hrs,We played that stupid game of urs,Midway you dozed off. After that we dint bother to continue.Its 11 now.We are taking a break at a highway hotel,did not have breakfast yet.."
Did i thought that out loud..??Creepy..
We laughed at our proximity..
I love her..
But one thing..How n when did i end up on his lap..?? Why didnt he let me sleep tht long..!?!
She dint answer..I din wanna ask...
