Nigeria has a lot of moral discipline involved when raising a child. Most Nigerian Parents smack or Slap their kids while some flog them with canes.
Canes:- you know CANE is the common name used for the instruments adults use to discipline. Examples are Belts, Pankere - Yoruba horse whip, Branches of trees, Garri Moulder (Usually called Eba Turner), ripe, hangers Or the real cane ....... call it whatever you like, but that's what makes us different.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Dear Dairy,
Today was a very sad day for me. The Christmas holiday just began and Daddy beat me. I don't know what I did but mummy didn't stop him. I'm grounded for two weeks and mummy took my Nokia Lumia Phone.
So, the truth is I told my 20 year old brother,the oldest ; TJ ( short for Tijesunimi ) , that he's a nobody because he threatened to Seize my Ipod, Ps4 and Xbox 360 and those stuffs are my babies, I need them to survive. It turns out that mummy overheard me shouting at him so to avoid him slapping me mercilessly she got dad involved. I heard her say" Daddy Tokunbo, Wa ri omo yin o. TJ fe gba Tokunbo le ti"
Then she ran towards TJ trying to calm his temper down and said to him in the Motherly tone.
"Jor Omo mi, É ma shey bi Drunkard , mo be yin tori Olorun. É shanu mi .
...and daddy came out.... mummy gave her side of the story and he told me to go to the study. That word study brought my other brothers out of their rooms and guess what? Sola (the 2nd oldest,18 years old) offered to get the cane and daddy flogged me all over my body and told me to apologize to TJ , which was quite hard. It was only Dakore (My immediate Older Brother, best friend ,16 years old ) that came to pet me and he even offered me a massage but I declined. I preferred 2000 Naira Etisalat credit Than a Massage.......😆
So at the end , I hate TJ......
Bye....... Tokes💋~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
