Chapter 7

Niall's POV

Me and the boys had slept for only an hour at the hospital, we're waiting for Lucy's therapy. 

"I promise. I promse I'll be better" Lucy's voice is roaming around in my mind. I sniffed. 

"I wish I was in Lucy's position. I'm the one who should be punished, not her" I whispered to myself, sniffing. I wiped my tears away and stood up. I walked around, slowly in the empty hospital. I walked and walked and walked, only in the same place where the boys were sleeping. I sighed and sniffed again and again.

What's wrong with me? I'm broken... My mom died, my dad has left me and now Lucy's turn? My life is miserable. Only one thing is that I have my bandmates to care for me. If Lucy's gone, I... I won't be able to be singing properly.

I shook my head, leaving the miserable thoughts. Lucy has promised me. She will be better.

Hours later, the boys were still sleeping. I closed my eyes and my eyes shot up when I heard some screaming some the operation room. My eyes widen and I ran there.

"HURRY! GET ME THE ELECTRICITY THING!" Someone screamed. I breathed, faster. My heart was beating faster and faster.

Lucy's DOCTOR'S POV

Me and the nurses were doing Lucy's chemo therapy. We made her faint so she is in deep sleep. I looked at the moniter which was in wavy line. (A/N The monitor in which the lines are green and when the line is straight they are death and stuff. That line) This girl doesn't deserves to have cancer. Some people have stuff which they don't deserve. I sighed and continued doing the operation. 

I gasped as I saw the monitor's line go straight.

"GIVE ME THE ELECTRIC SHOCK MACHINE!" I screamed.

"HURRY! GET ME THE ELECTRICITY THING!" I screamed again and the nurses ran to get it. I grabbed it and put it on Lucy's chest. I did it 5 times but it didn't work.

"We failed." I whispered.

"We failed, didn't we?" I asked. I walked out of the room and saw Niall standing beside the door.

"WHAT HAPPENED?" He exclaimed. The other boys woke up and rushed to us.

"I heard screaming" Niall said. 

"I'm sorry to Niall but...." I started to say.

"She's dead. We didn't make it through" I whispered. Niall broke down in tears. I bent down to him and hugged him.

"DO SOMETHING!" He yelled.

"Please, just please try the eletric shock again" Liam said.

"One time, please!" Louis begged.

"PLEASE!" Harry and Louis whined. I nodded and walked in the room. I shut the door.

"One more time. Pray for her" I said and prayed. I grabbed the electric shock machine and pushed it to Lucy's chest. The monitor's line went wavy. I screamed in excitement. Lucy's eyes opened and we all cheered.

"Let's get the results if her cancer is gone or not" I said and walked out of the room.

Niall's POV

The doctor came out and told us.

"Lucy is alive. You can go see her" He said and tears of joy came out of my eyes.
