That joker boy...

Chapter 1

First day back

Sara stood there staring in the mirror ready for school* brushing her long brown hair and tied it into a high pony tail. 

All though she never liked to admit it. Sara really liked school. she loved learning. And she got to spend time with her friends. She was also a bit of a book worm too. she had 4 shelf's in her room filled with books. 

It was starting a new year! She was going into her 6th year of High School. Her last year. She will miss it when she leaves. She was going to college to study media after she left. Well she hopped. 

Her friend Kayla pulled up at her house and sent her a text.

"Hurry up chika time to start our final year of school as prefects! Xox!

She ran down stairs and locked the door. Everyone else was away to work. 

She lived with her mum and dad in a small town where everyone knew everybody. 

Her mum and dad both worked in the capital  so had to leave early as it took 30 minuets to drive in. Her mum worked in a hair dresser and her dad in an office. 

" Hey Kayla, lets go I can't wait!! said Sara with excitement

"You're far too keen Sara for a Monday morning. I love you bag though. Where is it from?"  Asked Kayla.

"Thank you. New look babe" Sara replied

They arrived at school as it was only 10 minuets away but was a bit chilly. Was August after all.

*first class Modern Studies*

In Sara's first class she was sat next to the class clown Louis Tomlinson. God knows how he was still at school. He did get work done. But still joked a round a lot. Sara thought he would have left in firth year to pursue his career in football, But no he wanted to be a drama teacher more. That's all you heard him go on about with his friends. How much he loved drama. No wonder he was a joker. made such expressive faces when pulling off jokes.

"Sara!" she turned round and stood there was Louis as he took his seat.

"Yes Louis?" she replied reluctantly 

"How was your summer? You look the same as ever... did you not go any where on holiday? Not go get a tan?" he said cheekily

" Cheeky! No I was helping my mum some days in her hairdressers and some day i was helping my dad with his filing in between I was reading books"

" Cheeky is my middle name" He said while he winked at Sara. "why so boring?" 

" Boring to you maybe but I like it" Sara said with a smile as she brushed off Louis cheeky comments

Mr Chase walked in

"Hey guys welcome to a new start to the school year. I hope you all had a grand Summer and sad its over my self. I was enjoying not seeing you lot!"

Everyone laughed. You liked Mr Chase he was laid back but knew how to teach. Best mix in a teacher!

" As you know 6th years get to go to London! Next time you're in i'll hand out the forms and you can then decide if you want to go. Deposit is £50!" 

Living on the out skirts of Edinburgh Sara always wanted to go to London! She was so excited.
