You had just moved away from your boyfriend to go to college in the U.S. As if leaving your boyfriend of 2 years wasn't bad enough, you're parents had now gotten divorced, it seemed as if everyone at school hated you and you got bullied daily, and you were in a huge fight with your best friend. You quickly became depressed and cried yourself to sleep every night. Crying soon turned to other ways of releasing your pain, and you started cutting yourself. In the short 4 months you've been at college, you've changed a lot from the happy girl you used to be.
Harry:

You've been stuck in an abusive relationship for 3 years now, and as a result, you're on your own with only your abusive boyfriend and your best friend. You want to get away, but every time you try, it only makes things worse. Your best friend knows he could be so much better for you, and he just wishes you could see it and leave your boyfriend for him instead.

You couldn't remember a time you were truly ever happy. Every since your parents died in a fire when you were 7, you had been living with your Aunt, Uncle, and 6 cousins. You never felt wanted by them, and you didn't understand why. They acted like loving relatives while your parents were alive, but once you started living with them, it was like you were invisible. Your bedroom was the attic, and there was only a bed, a small chest for your clothes, shoes, etc. that sat at the foot of your bed, and a rug. Anything else you had bought yourself or found. You never felt part of the family, and if they didn't completely ignore you, they abused you. You were now 16 years old. You have always felt worthless and unloved, and it just got worse the longer it went on. That spark in your eyes had been gone for so long, it was like it never existed.
Liam:
"You've been lonely, you don't even know me, but I can feel you crying"
Ever since you started going to your new school, it had been hard. You were a whole ocean away from your family, because you were attending a private school in London and they were still in the U.S. You had been going to school for 2 months and still had no friends, no one even talked to except for making fun of you and bullying you. Every day you went home from school crying, and a lot of times you ate your lunch in the bathroom and cried, because you felt so alone. Little did you know, one of the guys at your new school wanted to get to know you, but was just too afraid. Besides, if his friends found out, they'd make fun of him.
Louis:
"We all need something, this can't be over now"
You had been severely depressed for 2 years now, and you didn't want to keep living like this. You had already been self-harming and it kept getting worse, and no one seemed to notice or care. You figured no one would care if you were gone, since they didn't seem to notice you now anyways. You had been putting it off every time you were going to do it, always somehow talking yourself out of it. But today, you were going to do it, you just couldn't take it anymore. Little did you know, someone has noticed, and might change your mind.
