As soon as I saw him, I could feel our instant connection. When I sat down next to him, I knew my life would never be the same. We started talking, laughing, getting to know each other. For some reason, we stopped talking and just looked at each other. I could feel his eyes move up and down my body, so I tried to mimic his behavior. But for one moment we both stopped. His eyes on mine, mine on his. Neither of us wanted to be the first to look away. He told me they were going to the beach and invited me along. I happily agreed, knowing this would change everything.

As we walked through the hotel hallway, we could see a big family coming from the other way. As they passed us, he pulled me in close. I could feel the strength of his hand on my waist, and my heart stopped. I leaned in closer; so close I could smell his cologne and shampoo. I looked up and him, smiled, and said, "You smell nice." He met my gaze, said "Thanks," smiled, and winked. I felt something instantly spread through my body. I'd never felt it before, but I knew exactly what it was. True love.
