"How did this happen, how did the demon get to Aspen and kill her, she should have seen it coming so how did this happen?" I began to roam around trying to think of how a seer could have been killed.
"I can show you how I killed her--"
I turned and saw the demon, possibly the one who killed Aspen.
"--just let me kill you the same way, then you'll know."
I sprang up breathing heavily. What was that, I thought. When did I fall asleep and how did something I only caught a glimpse of appear in my dream. I felt my forehead and realized that I was sweating a little. "So this is what it feels like to fear something, huh, it's different than I expected but can't do anything about it." I layed back down and looked up at the ceiling becoming lost in thought. "Well, now I can't find out who is going to be killed next now that Aspen is dead, so I guess I just have to hunt down that demon and make him feel my own form of hell." I got up, threw on my clothes and headed out into the woods to see if the demon was still where I saw it in my dream.
The woods are peaceful as always, unlike a little bit ago when they were filled with screams. I stood still as I concentrated on the sounds of the forest: birds chirping, leaves rustling in the wind, water flowing down the river with a calm tone. This is the only thing that can ease my mind enough to think properly. Unlike that night that mom and dad died, the cleansing sound of the forest were all drowned out with screams of pain and the sound of the heavy rain, yet for some reason I do not know I loved hearing the screams from mother and father that I caused.
The sound of sticks breaking in the distance echoed throughout the forest into my ears. Could that be the demon? I turned towards the direction the sound had came from, seems to be about thirty yards away. I sprinted through the woods to where the sound of sticks breaking resonated from. My eyes glew a ghost blue that helped me begin to see a figure form in the distance with a spirit that wasn't like a normal person's.
"I found you, you damn demon!" I lunged forward and tackled someone as I had rolled and threw them into a tree that left me in a low but composed stance. "You're gonna pay for killing all those people, demon." I glared at the person as they stood up and looked directly at me with burning killing intent I had never felt until now. Before I knew it I had been sent soaring into trees breaking one after another. "Well you have more fight in you than I expected of a demon."
"What do you mean demon? I am not a demon you freakin idiot." He came rushing at me beyond normal human capabilities.
"Not gonna fall for it asshole," I said as I grabbed his arms tight enough it prevented him from moving away. "Don't try to lie I know you're the demon, your spirit isn't like that of a human so all you can be is a demon." I jumped up and kneed him in his chin sending him into the air, yet to my surprise he was still able to talk.
"You are dead wrong I am not a demon, I am a vampire created by witches." He then jumped off a tree and aimed a kick towards my chest but missed and created a trench in the ground.
I am so happy that isn't me. I began to change into my wolf form, "well if your gonna use vampire strength then I will use my wolf strength!" while his leg was stuck in the ground I grabbed his head and threw him through several trees breaking them again and again for a good nine yards before I charged up to stomp him.
"As you said before, not gonna fall for it--" he grabbed my foot and had thrown me into the air, moved behind me and kicked me back down, "--now I said it once before and I will say it again, I AM NOT A DEMON."
I noticed that one of my shoulders had been dislocated as I pulled myself up, "you say that but nothing that isn't like a demon, would be able to do this--," I walked up to a tree and smashed my shoulder back into place, "--now shall we finish this!"
