"Run...run...RUN!!!!!" *sobs*

I woke up after hearing some shout to me.  I look around confused, there wasn't anyone there, but it sounded like someone was shouting, right next to me.  That wasn't the only thing that was bothering me, I realised that I was lying in the middle of a road... in the dark... in silence... alone.

I tried to stand but my legs felt so weak that as soon as I was up I fell straight back down again.  I could feel my hands shaking but they didn't feel cold, but warm.

"Blood...?  BLOOD!!!!!" When I looked down at my hands I see blood, I started shaking more viciously, not knowing what to do.  I finally calm down, taking long, deep breathes.  I stop shaking so much  even though I'm still feeling terrified.  I checked myself to see if the blood belonged to me, but I couldn't find anything serious enough for this amount of blood, just a few cuts and scrapes, a bruise here and there.

"W...where did t..this come from i..if it isn't m...m..mine?"  I felt myself begin to shake again, so once again I tried to calm myself down.  I dragged myself off of the road to one of the buildings by the path, pulled myself up to stand, feeling the gravel like texture of the wall as my body pushes up against it for stability.

There are no cars driving around, no sound what so ever, just... silence.  Not even the soft whistle of the wind is to be heard.  I start to cross the road, struggling to stay standing up since I'm now just in an open space, nothing around me to hold myself up, nothing for support.  I manage to get to the other side of the road and sit down on the edge the path to rest, I move myself back to lean on whatever is behind me.  It didn't feel like a brick wall, so I slowly turn my head to see a phone booth, I suddenly feel relieved and forced myself to stand up to use the phone, but as soon as I face the dial, I realise, I don't actually know who to call.  I collapse in the phone booth, crying, wondering, why can't I remember anything, why was I in the middle of the road, in the middle of the night.

"What's h..happening?"
