Vanilla Cupcake

This is my mom's sweet vanilla cake recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup white sugar
7 eggs
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup corn starch
2 tbs baking powder
1 cup whole fat milk
2 tbs vanilla extract

This recipe makes 24 cupcakes!
Method!
Step 1- Cream the butter and sugar in a high speed mixer until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
Step 2- whisk the eggs in a bowl together with the vanilla extract and add to the creamy butter and sugar mixture.
Step 3- Mix all the dry ingredients together I'm a separate bowl that is the flour, corn starch and baking powder then pour a little amount to the already mixed butter,sugar and eggs with vanilla extract the add a half cup of the milk.
Step 4- pour in the remaining dry ingredients and milk then mix for at least 7mins.
Step 5- pour in the batter in a muffin pan then bake!
When it's done leave it to cool then serve. You can make frosting to top it with then enjoy!

Note: The eggs and milk should be in room temperature.
