The Gender War

I am half way through my ice cream tub when I hear someone whistle. I turn around to see Wes staring at me.

I scoff," Can I help you, because your staring is seriously creepy."

He laughs," You don't need to help me just wondering how a total babe like you can eat like that and stay fit, you must go to the gym a lot."

My blood starts to boil," No I don't go to the gym at all because being skinny doesn't matter to me, I'm not other girls that eat all they can and then worry about how there going to lose the pounds, because I just go with it! If I get fat then I say Fuck it I am still happy. But I'm sure you only like those bitches whose lives revolve around their fucking looks!" I say louder then I thought. Which in turn causes my cochlears to let out a loud alarm.

I clutch my head," Ahhhh fuck!!"

Lexi runs over to me with Reyna in toe," Omg Gee is it your ears?" I slowly nod my head

Lexi turns to Wes," You need to shut up and leave her the fuck alone Wes she has more to worry about then you flirting with her. Now since you caused this I need you to grab that make up bag behind you." He reaches over and hands it to Lexi.

She opens the bag and turns to me," Now I know you don't want them to know but I need you to take off you hat." She says and right now my head hurts so bad I don't give a fuck.

I pull off my hat," I don't care just get this to stop." I say and wince from the noise. I look over to see Wes and Keaton looking like they just saw a ghost. There going to get an ear full when I get the noise to go away.

It takes Lexi ten minutes and a phone call with my mom to get the noise to stop and my hearing to go back to normal. When Lexi finishes she gives me a strange look.

" Whats wrong?" I ask when she keeps staring

" Your settings are lower? How can you still hear so well?" She said confused.

I sigh guess there all gonna hear this anyway," I went to my doctor in Iowa city and she said that she has seen cases where children grow out of the hearing loss and she says that now that my bodies maturing that my hearing is on a path to be completely normal again."

" OH MY FUCKING GOD THAT'S AMAZING!!" She yells while Wes and Keaton still just stare at us.

I scoff," You know staring is considered a challenge in most country's so unless you want a right hook to your face I suggest you plant you eyes on the tv." I say through gritted teeth.

Wes laughs," What is a girl like you gonna do to guys as strong as us." He says standing up.

Lexi interjects," Wes I'd be careful if I were you she has hearing loss she isn't weak." She says cautiously

" So when were in bed she won't hear herself screaming my name.." He said with a smirk. Oh shits gonna go down now.

I don't waste anytime I give a hard right hook that hits his face with a satisfying crack, I knee him in the stomach, punch him in the ribs and jab my elbow into his shoulder.

Drew and Keaton run over to him being cautious of me. Lexi and Reyna come over to me with ice for my swollen knuckles. They secretly high five me for putting Wes back in his place. But I do kinda feel bad. He had no idea what was comin for him. Lexi saw that and gave me a nod.

I walked over to the kitchen where the boys were helping clean up Wes but weren't doing very good.

I sigh," Guys your never going to get him cleaned up doing that let me do it." I say walkin over to wear they have Wes sitting in a stool.

They look at each other before nodding knowing I feel bad about what I did. I turn towards Wes who doesn't look mad or anything for that matter. I just jump on the counter tell him to face me and start to clean up his face. The last thing I have to do is clean up his lip and check out his bruises. So I jump off the counter and lean down so I'm level with Wes. I carefully start to clean off the dried blood and stop the new blood from coming. When I'm done I look up to see Wes looking down at me and I can't help but stare into his big hazel eyes that I never noticed before.

I don't know what comes over me but I look back at his lips then to his eyes again. He starts to lean in and the big shocker here is so did I. Our lips were an inch apart but that's when....

We both jumped apart and we heard something smash into the ground again and Lexi was yelling and cussing.

I sigh," oh shit!"

I run out of the kitchen with Wes behind me to see Keaton and Reyna holding back a very furious Lexi who looks like she is about to charge at Drew.

I do my dog whistle to get there attention," WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN HERE?!?" I shout

Lexi glares at Drew before turning and speaking to me," THIS ASSHOLE GOT A SEXT FROM SOME HOE AND WHEN I LOOKED BACK THROUGH THEIR MESSAGES ALL OF THEM WERE THOSE TWO SEXTING EACH OTHER! AN THE WORST PART IS SHE SENT HIM A PICTURE OF THEM WHEN THEY HAD SEX SAYING I MISS IT!!" She yelled

My blood started to boil, I got right in Drew's face," YOU NO GOOD ASSHOLE! AFTER I DECIDE TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE I FIND OUT YOU CHEATED ON MY COUSIN! He stands there," This is Lexi's house if she says she wants me out then I'll leave."

I turn to Lexi, and she screams," GET OUT OF MY HOUSE! I NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR FACE AGAIN YOU CHEATING, LYING BASTARD!"

Drew looks genuinely shock, I scoff," Did you think she'd let you stay?"
