My dad told me to go to my room with my mom and hide in the closet. I ran upstairs, hoping it wasn't Jacob. My dad slowly opened the door to see a tall boy, with jet black hair wearing a black scarf so all you could see was his eyes. My dad greeted him nicely. The boy looked down at his phone. He was holding it so my dad could see the screen a bit. On the top it said "suspect #1" it was the email my dad sent. Jacob was standing at out front door. I opened the closet and ran out.
"Lia! Get back where I told you! It's not safe!" Dad yelled
"Dad. I know it's not safe, but if I don't get out of this alive, tell mom I love her. Let's go Jacob." I replied
Dad was stunned as I walked out the door Jacob started talking.
"Your dads pretty protective eh?"
"Yeh I guess so. I'm the only child so ya know, kinda trying to protect me!" I tried sound chill and happy, but I wasn't I was terrified.
"Let's hop into my car and we can go to a park or something." Jacob said with a smirk on his face.
I opened the passenger seat and hopped in. Jacob got in the driver's seat. He asked me what park I would like to go to.
"Any park will do, maybe one with a pond?" I said
He drove me to the exact park I was thinking about. I could easily run to my friend Elly's house if anything went wrong. We parked the car and he went over to the trunk. He pulled out two blankets.
"These are to keep us warm we can spread one of them on the ground and the other over us." Jacob said
"Okay. It is a little chilly out here." I lied. I wanted to go home!
He spread out the one blanket and told me to lay down on it. I did as I was told. He then laid down in it too. Now I felt as if he was my boyfriend. He started talking to me. We had a nice conversation, until he kissed my cheek. I told him I needed to eat something for dinner but he refused to let me go. He handed me a sandwich. I took a bite out of the sandwich. It was good. I really enjoyed it. Once I finished the sandwich, Jacob kissed me again, not on the cheek, but right on the lips. I was shocked and tried to push him away but he kept pulling me closer, and started kissing me more. I felt as if he was going to take my shirt off or something like that, and that's what he did. He told me he loved me and he couldn't hold it in any longer. I just thought, here I am, in public, without a shirt on, with this kid that is kissing me uncomfortably under a blanket. I swear this is illegal. I kept kissing him though, I sorta liked it, until he took his shirt off. I told him I really had to go, but he kept pulling me closer. Then he told me only 5 more minutes. He pulled his pants off. Right when he did that I grabbed my shirt, pulled it on in a matter of 3 seconds and ran. He was chasing after me with his pants on but no shirt or scarf. I ran into Elly's house and told everyone inside to lock the doors, windows and anything else someone could get inside with. Me and Elly ran upstairs and hid under her bed.
"Lia? What happened? Why are you here?" Elly asked
"Well this guy came to my house and invited me to go to a park so I said yes then he stared kissing me a lot and pulled me closer and then he took off my shirt and his. Then he took off his pants and then I ran away from him and I pulled my shirt on. He's out to hurt me Elly. Please help me and call 911." I replied.
Elly dialled 911 and handed the phone to me.
"911 what's your emergency"
" Hello I have to report a man"
"Do you know the man's name?"
"I do, Jacob Slauter"
"Yes we have heard many reports on this man. Where is he right now?"
"Northwind community centre"
"Okay we will bring the police there in a minute"
Thirty seconds later, I herd sirens. They came closer until the stopped. There were six or seven police cars. I saw Jacob in handcuffs walking to a police car. Then a tall, strong man approached my and Elly.
"Thank you for telling us were Jacob was. He will now serve 15 years in jail." The police man said.
I then walked home and my dad asked what happened, I said nothing except he was I jail. I felt good after that, and not am I ever again going to talk to someone on the Internet. Unless it's my best friend Elly.(Don't forget to vote for the Watty's on this book! It would mean the world to me if I won! Thanks!)
