Chapter Two: Meeting Zippy

          It was morning. Wabbit immediantly got and and ran to her closet. She quickly threw on her outfit and ate breakfast. Then she ran down the street to Rishcaw Park (since she lived in Sacremento). She sat on the bench under the quartz arch. She waited and waited. Then she saw him, Zippy. He came up to her and asked,

"Hello, I'm Zippy. Have you seen a girl named Wabbit around?" Her heart was pounding. She didn't know what to say. Finally the words came out,

"I-I-I'm W-Wabbit." She was embarrassed because she was stuttering.

"Oh, hey Wabbit! So, you wanted to hang out?" Zippy asked.

"YES! S-So.. Umm, you want to go to the arcade?" Wabbit asked.

"Sure! I love the arcade!" Zippy replied. Her heart pounded even more as they walked to the arcade. As they walked she could slowly feel Zippy's hand slipping in to hers. She blushed, hoping Zippy wouldn't see it. Once they reached the arcade Zippy let go and said,

"Come on, i'll race you to Pac-Man!"

"It's on!" Wabbit replied as they raced toward the machines. They stayed there a few hours. Once they were done Zippy said something,

"Wabbit, today was fun. I'm glad I met you..." There was a moment of silence. They stared in to eachother's eyes and time stood still. [Continued on next Chapter]
