"moriah hunny hurry up we're leaving for berkshire in 15!" my mom said.

"just need to finish packing my makeup!" i replied.

hey im moriah, i recently turned 13 and at this moment im living in new york. im packing for england because my dad got a job and blah blah blah long story short we have to move there and i have no choice.

just as i finished packing i got a text from my best friend alyssa.

a- moriah im gonna miss you so much😭
m- im gonna miss you too! im gonna make no friends in stupid england
a- omg do you know who lives in england??
m- bars and melody. yes yes i know but i doubt i'll see them, they're famous lmao
a- yes them but also max and harvey!!!!
m- oh yea i remember them you never shut up about them😉
a- IF YOU MEET THEM I WILL WALK MY ASS TO ENGLAND AND KIDNAP THEM AND YOU AND TAKE YOU BACK HERE

m- lmao don't have too much fun without me i'll be back this summer but i gotta go we are heading to the airport bye luv yaaaa

i head downstairs and i see my mom and dad waiting for me.

"about time you got down here." my dad said as he playfully punched me in the arm.

"i'm gonna miss this place." i said with a frown on my face.

"its okay sweetie we will be back in a few months to visit family and friends, now let's go." my mom said as she opened the door.

my mom, dad, and i walked out the door as i see alyssa running down the street with frizzy hair, no makeup, and pajamas on. when she catches up to me, she tackles me, making me land on my suitcase.

"DONT LEAVE ME!!!!" alyssa said while getting tears in her eyes.

"it will only be for a few months i'll facetime and text you everyday now go home and fix that mop on your head. *laughs* i will text you when i get to the airport" i said.

"fine. but i'm gonna be miserable without you." alyssa said while hugging me.

"you have fun with that bye." i said while hugging her back.

my family and i get into the car as Alyssa walks back home, i notice she only has one flip flop on. i love that girl haha.
