Secret Paranormal Research Lab
"Mommy!" a little girl yells, tears rushing down her cheeks. "Don't leave!"
The girl's mother shakes her head.
"I'm sorry, Katia," she whisprrs softly. "But I have to do this."
She kisses her daugher's forehead and walks out the door of the lab, leaving the girl alone with a few adults in white lab coats.
She turns to one of them, a tall woman with red hair.
"Will my mommy ever come back?" she asks, wiping away a tear.
The woman kneels down so she is the same height as Katia.
"I'm sorry, sweeite," she says and stands back up, giving the little girl a sympathetic look.
"Katia?" one of the people says. She turns around to face him
"Come on," he says to her. "I'm going to show you your new room, okay?"
Katia nods, her short blond hair bobbing along with her head.
The man reaches his hand out and the girl grabs it.
He leads her along a hallway lined with metal doors, finally arriving at a room at the end of the hall labeled "Katia Holmes- 742."
He twists the doorknob and pushes the door open, letting Katia step inside.
"Welcome to your new home," he says.
