You Learn Something New

Part 2

After Ameri-Alfred- San left the room I walked over to the bed and sat down. I'm glad I'm alone. Today was vary stressful. The airport was to crowded and the workers were confusing. Plus the security in America is crazy, it made me feel nervous even if I had nothing to hide. I move completely on the bed and lay my head on the pillow. I just need to relax.

"Japan! Kiku! Wake up!"
I open my eyes and see Alfred's face. " agghh arfred-San what are you doing!?" I yell and move back. "Did I scare you, sorry dude I didn't mean to. But you fell asleep so I needed to wake you up to take you to see some of the memorials and monuments. You know sense want to learn more about American history and stuff." Alfred said then smiled. I smiled back"right I must of dozed off" I said. "You looked so cute I almost didn't wake you up" Alfred said. I felt my face heat up.'did he just say I looked cute!?' " well I'm ready when you are" Alfred said then walked out of the room.

I got off the bed and put on a other shirt that had an anime character on it(I'll let u decide who is on it) and a pair of jeans. I walk out of my room then down stairs. "Im ready" I said as I walk up to the couch he was siting on. "Great! Let's go then!" Alfred said and jumped off the couch and ran to the door. As he was running he tripped and fell. "Arfred-San are you ok!" I said as I ran to him. "Yeah I'm ok"Alfred said then stands up. I can see a faint blush on his face as he scratches the back of head. I giggle a little"if you say so"

Me and Alfred both walked to his red truck and got in. "Do you like my ride!" Alfred said and smiled my way. "Hia, it's vary nice" I said looking around to only notice him staring at me with most happy expression ever. Alfred took his key out and started the truck and started to back out. As he was driving I looked out the window thinking about what might happen today.

"We're here!" Alfred practically yells making me jump. "Not so loud" I tell Alfred. "Oh sorry I'm just excited" Alfred said as he pulled into a parking spot. I get out of the car and walk over to the side walk waiting for Alfred. "Ok follow me this way" Alfred said then grabbed my hand and started pulling me. I felt my face heat up' he's holding my hand! My hand!!' He pulled to this sign in thing and showed a paper to the worker and they let us in. 'Strange' was all I could think when he continued to pull me STILL HOLDING MY HAND! "Arfred-San where are we going" I asked. "I'm taking you to some of my favorite monuments, first up the Lincoln Memorial!" Alfred said still dragging me.

We finally made it to the memorial and it was huge! "This is Abraham Lincoln one of the best presidents we ever had, he stopped slavery in the U.S plus he was a pretty cool dude." Alfred said with a smile which quickly turned into a frown. "What's wrong Alfred-San" I said as I looked up at him. "It's nothing I'm just remembering the civil War, that wasn't a good time in America" I looked up at him with shock, who knew he could be so serious. "I'm also remembering the day he was assassinated, Mrs. Lincoln was devastated but I can't say I wasn't ether.... "

I reached my arm out and put it on his shoulder, it just felt like I should even if it violates my not touchie rules. Alfred flenched at the sudden touch then looked at me. "I'm sorry let's go look at some of the other things" Alfred said as he straightened up. I nodded then me and Alfred went to a different one.

After a few hours of me taking pictures and Alfred telling me about his history we decided it was about time we go. The sun was setting and I was getting tired of walking. 'Who knew that such a young country has so much history'
Me and Alfred got in his truck and started driving away. I was looking out the window as Alfred was driving. But as I was watching I noticed he missed his turn. "Umm A-Arfred-San you missed your turn" I said while look at him. " I know we aren't going back to the house yet, aren't you hungry" Alfred said not looking away from the road. "I guess I am" I said looking back out to the window.

We were now driving around town looking for a place to eat. "What about this place it has really good burgers" Alfred said pointing at a burger place. I sigh." If you want to" Alfred notices I don't want to eat there and points out a other place. "What about that one it serves some pretty good stake" I think for a second' a stake dose sound really good about now' "sure that sounds good" I answer. I see Alfred smile then turn into the parking lot. We both get out and walk into the restaurant.

We both got seated at a booth and started looking at the menu. 'These potions are huge!' I look up from the menu to see Alfred staring at me with his baby blue eyes. "What are you staring at" I ask. "Oh I just watching your expression change as your reading it's so cute and funny" Alfred answered with smile. I felt blush appear on my face.' He called me cute again!' "R-Right" I said back as I hide my face back in the menu.

After a little while the waitress came and took are orders. I wish I could have just ordered something off the kids menu, those portions seemed like plenty for me but they have this rule that you have to be 12 or under. So I ordered a stake with steamed broccoli on the side. Plus some iced water. Alfred ordered this big meal for himself with a Diet Coke. He told me it would balance it all off.

"Yo kiku I watched the new anime you put out its really good"( me let u decide what he talking about) Alfred said trying to break the ice. " oh rearry I didn't know you rike anime" I said back. "What why wouldn't I! Anime is awesome especially the fight sense!" Alfred said with a big smile. I couldn't help but smile back.

"Here's your food guys" said the waitress as she sets the food down" I hope you guys have a nice date" my eyes widen and my face turns red." We aren't d-dating" I see the girls face blush "oh my bad it's just the way you guys look at each other! I'm so so sorry um-" 
"It's fine mistakes happen" Alfred said cutting her off. "Are you sure" she said. " positive" Alfred answers. " ok then have a nice meal" she said then walked off.

'I can't believe someone thought we were dating.....do I really look at him that way' as I look back over at Alfred I see him stuffing his face. "Srow down if you eat to fast you might choke" I said as I start cutting my own stake. I see a slight blush appear on his face as he slows  down. I started eating, and I got to say it was pretty good. Not sushi good but close.

After some time eating I started getting full. I ate most of my stake and all my broccoli. I looked over at Alfred, he had completely cleaned his plate! "Um Alfred-San do you want the rest of mine" I asked. I saw his face light up I knew that it would make him happy. "Yes please!" Alfred said taking the rest of my stake. He started eating it happily. ' he looks kinda cute' Alfred then looks up seeing me staring at him! My face turns red. " like something you see" Alfred said in a flirty way. " Arfred- San!" I said turning even redder. When Alfred saw this he burst out laughing making me even more embarrassed. " just finish eating eating so we can go"

After he finished I pulled out my wallet to pay." No I got it" Alfred said pulling out his credit card. "A-are you sure I can pa-"
"No don't worry about it I got it" Alfred said cutting me off. After he payed we both walked out and got in his truck. He had on some music but it wasn't to loud so it didn't bother me. I leaned on the window looking up at the sky, slowly dozing off.

I open my eyes and I see I'm in my room 'how did I get here'
