Teasing Karma (Karma X Nagisa / Karmagisa)

Chapter 5

I wake up feeling like I've been hit by a bus. I'm confused at first when I don't see my bedroom wall, I pull away from my pillow, to see a set of golden eyes staring at me intently. Oh I was sleeping on Karma's chest.. I blush, a little embarrassed when I remember my actions from last night. As if he knows he smirks and pulls me closer, I try to get away, my leg brushing something hard in the process. Karma lightly moans. "Sorry!" I say whilst I dash to the bathroom. I get washed and put cold water on my face. The bathroom door opens and Karma comes walking in, still only in his boxers. Doesn't he feel embarrassed? I stare at his body, taking it all in. He snaps his fingers in front of my face. "Nagisa! Like what you see? Quit being a perv! Here's a toothbrush." he says, handing me the brush from the cabinet. "T-thanks." I say taking it and he leaves. What's wrong with me? Where are these feelings coming from? They've never been this bad before and I've slept in Karma's bed lots of times.
I come out of the bathroom in the same clothes I wore yesterday, Karma has his usual attire on, why does he always look mildly gangster? "You ready? We're gonna be late." he says and I quicken my pace.
The walk to school was okay, neither of us mentioned last night, I was thankful for that. We were talking about the new Star Wars movie when Okuda joined us. "Hey!" I say and flash her a grin, Karma doesn't say anything, it was kind of rude. We are almost at the school when Karma grabs Okuda's arm, I turn to them wondering what's going on. "Do you want to get Ice cream with me after class?" Karma asks Okuda. She blushes and excitedly replies "Yes! Id love to!" My heart cries. I thought Karma was gonna be with me after class. I don't let him see it bothers me. I turn and say "its about time you asked her out Karma!" my voice a mix of surprise and fake joy. I continue my walk to school, and make my way to my seat.
My school day consists of watching Karma and Okuda fall over each other, and half-ass attempts at trying to kill Koro-Sensei. When the bell rings at the end of the day I sigh, more than happy to go home. "See ya Nagi!" Karma shouts while leaving, Okuda's arm in his and a smug look on his face. "Have fun!" I beam back at him. I sit back down. I'm hurt. I knew he was only teasing yet I still got my hopes up. "Are you okay Nagisa?" A small voice asks from behind me. It was Kayano. "Yeah I'm fine Kayano." I say, smiling at her. She blushes and looks to the floor. I get an idea. "Wanna go for Ice cream?" I ask, feeling a little guilty that I'm using her. Her eyes light up "sure! Let me get my bag."
We talk about music as walk to the ice cream parlour. I'm surprised she likes Indie music. Karma sees us, I smile and wave, he narrows his eyes at me. Oh... Karma Akabane.. I'm going to make you jealous..

I smirk at the redhead before taking Kayano's hand and leading her over to pick ice cream, she picks chocolate and I pick strawberry.. Its Karma's favourite. We pick a table by the window, kind of close to Karma. Kayano is looking into the distance, with a sad expression. I'm about to ask her if she's okay when she turns to me "Nagisa, I know you invited me here to make Karma jealous." she says, my gaze drops to the floor. I choke on my ice cream. I can't believe I used her like this. "No I want to help you make him jealous!" She beams at me. I smile at her, she understands. Her ice cream is running down her hand, I point to it. "Oh!" She exclaims. She holds it towards me, I look at her, confused. "It will drive Karma crazy if you lick it off." she states. Is this chick nuts? I hesitate before taking her hand and I lick from her wrist to her thumb. She's looking at Karma through her hair the whole time. She blushes and it's cute. As I pull away she places her hand on my cheek "look at him." she tells me. I do, Karma is sitting staring with his mouth hanging open. Hah Nagisa 1 Karma 0. I bring my ice cream to my mouth, giving it a long lick while looking him in the eyes. He blushes!! Oh my lord I made Akabane blush!! I smirk and he shoots a glare at me.
I turn to say so to Kayano, but she looks sad again. I'm worried I've upset her. "Are you okay?" I ask, concerned. Her features soften, she opens her mouth but all that comes out is a gasp, she points in Karma's direction. My heart sinks in my chest. He's kissing Okuda. I want it so badly to be me on those lips. Why cant he just give me a chance? I mean i know i haven't exactly made it clear to him, but i like him, a lot. I hear my name pulling me back to earth , can't Koro-Sensei just destroy it already? "If you show it bothers you then he'll do it more, don't let it bother you Nagisa." Kayano says back to her cheery self. I decide to stop thinking or acknowledging Karma, i give Kayano my full attention. We talk about Koro-Sensei and everything he's done for us while we finish our snack.
I walk her home thanking her for being a good friend, she is, I mean I basically told her I like Karma and she accepted it. I hug her, a real hug, I squeeze her tight and say thank you once more when we reach her home. When I pull back she's crying "Kayano?" I ask. What she says next shocks me. "Nagisa I'm totally in love with you but now I'm too late. You were too dense to realise it before. I'm okay with it though, its just hard watching you fall for someone else." I understood. I really knew how she was feeling. "I'm so sorry." I say turning before I make her feel worse. I return home more miserable than I was before.
I'm about to sleep when I hear my phone, I groan when I realise I have to get out of bed to get it. It was a text from Karma: 'what did I tell you about teasing me? Putting your sexy mouth on her hand! I'll make you regret that.' I chuck my phone at the wall, regretting it when I remember Ritsu. I don't think I'll be going to school tomorrow.

I know this is lacking..but I accidentally deleted the chapters I had written so I'm trying to remember the plot I had planned..things are rocky now, but soon they will get together (hallelujah!) Also sorry for grammar mistakes!
