The hardest thing to do is a FREAKIN OC because you have no idea what you want to create basically it's worse with Creators Block,I know how it feels to not know what do make for your OC. Basically all you have to do which I figured out is make a character if you don't like it make another thing,but if you like it...BAM ITS UR OC THANK GOODNESS OMG FINALLY that's how u might react when u make ur OC and u like but that's just a part of an OC the second part is that u need a discription to describe ur character and everything needs to make since if it's evil it can't just be evil for no reason it has to make since, does ur character have a name? That's also important because it needs an identity it's traits everything that makes a OC is dreams and hopes!!! So my point is that An OC can basically be made from ur emotions it can have traits u have, It can Be Anything You Want it to be but if you go too far it can look like this:

yea that is bad... U also need to try to avoid putting neon colors so people don't become blind.Honestly I think simple Oc's are better for everyone even you!
