Fallen Down

One fateful day, a young child was hiking up a mountain... Their name was Sulk, they weren't exactly the most normal of children. They almost never spoke, never ate, and never made friends. Their parents were not the best of people, so on their summer break they decided to go on a camping trip. This decision would change their life forever. For the worse of the better, they would have to stay... DETERMINED...

Sulk's POV :
I walked up the mountain, personally I kinda hoped for a good spot to watch the stars, so if anything... Near the top! I eventually found a strange hole, ' What the heck? ' I thought to myself, I didn't even know holes came this big. Personally I'm quite curious about this strange hole, so as I pace closer I try to get a good look inside... I trip... I fall... I knew this was how I'm going to die... This is the end...

' Strange, I can't feel gravity anymore... Did I land? ' I feel around... Sure enough, I had landed on a patch of black flowers. I sit up, and look around. The area is pitch black with only a small amount of light flowing through the hole... I feel around in the darkness, I feel the cold, dampness of the stone walls of the cavernous area. I eventually see some other patch of black flowers.. As I walk towards it I notice that something is wrong... I feel a presence. I hear a voice, " Hey! Are you okay?! You just fell from the surface didn't cha? That's a long fall! " I look around until I notice a figure. One of the flowers... Has a face... And it spoke... " Oh well, welcome to the underground! I'm Rosa! Rosa the Flower!!! " said Rosa. I am incredibly confused. " Oh! Somebody oughta tell you how things are down here! " A heart appears above my chest, it's just hovering... " That is your soul! It's the very center of your being! " Exclaimed Rosa. Welp, she sounds like she knows more than me, I'll listen. Rosa continues, down here your soul can get stronger with LV. " What. " What does LV stand for? LOVE of course!!! " Jfc... " Down here love is shared through, little cutesy happiness petals! Go collect as many as you can! " I leap forward to grab one, as soon as I touch it, and incredible pain seeps through me. I Yelp! Rosa's face goes dark... " Don't you get it? Down here it's kill... " Rosa's eyes glow. " OR BE KILLED!!! " Rosa starts giggling evilly as petals surround me. A light appears, more specifically, a star. Rosa stops in terror, the petals disappear as Rosa is slammed with the star. A man steps forward, or more accurately, a goat man. Not like how people picture satan but more like a cutesy looking goat that stood on two feet thingies. " Hello. " he says in a friendly voice." My name is Rufio. Do not worry child, I am not here to harm you. I am here to protect you as I guide you to a comfortable home where you may rest. But first let me heal you. " He holds a hand above mine, ( where the petal hit. ) A light emitted from his hand as the most soothing feeling erupted from my hand. In a second, the pain was gone, and my hand felt good as new. " Now come with me poor child, I have much to show you. "
