CHAPTER 11

"Lola's P.O.V."                           

When lunch finished me and April went to our lockers to get our stuff for next class, while I was heading to my locker I saw Grayson talking some girl by his locker, they look like they were flirting with each other.

Lola don't get mad he's not yours don't get jealous

I said in my head while getting to my locker, I opened and grabbed my books until I felt a hand on my lower back.

"I really need help with my homework," Max said.

"When is it due" I said while closing my locker.

"Tomorrow morning and I'm now realizing it's 90% of are grade" He said kinda scared.

"Fine where" I said.

"I was thinking after school at your place because my sister is bring her friends and I don't want us to be disturb," Max said. 

"It has to like at 5 or something because I got detention afterschool," I said.

"Okay but how did you get detention," Max said.

"Lets just say It happen because of an idiot that couldn't control him self," I said walking off.

"Okay," Max said while following me class that we had together.

When I got in class I sat down and Max saw some boy in his seat so he sat behind me then I remember Grayson likes that seat.

I hope nothing bad happens

When class finally started I saw Grayson walk in happy then his smile went away because I think he saw Max seating behind me, while he head to the back he was eyeing Max.

"So class today we are going to be doing a project and yall can choose your par-," The teacher was trying to say but Grayson interrupts her.

"Lola is my partner," Grayson said for the whole class to know.

"Calm down Grayson you didn't even let me finish talking, back to what I was  saying that you can choose your partners and its due next week so I hope yall get handle it so go pick your partner and discuss what yall are going to make a document about," The teacher said. 

"Lola you don't have to be his partner," Max whisper in my ear that gave me chills down my body at first.

"Do you want me to be your partner," I whisper back before I saw Grayson getup out of his seat.

"Yea I was hoping you could be," Max said smiling.

"So Lola do you want to be partners," Grayson said standing right next to me.

"Ummm Gray.... Max beat you to it before class started," I lied.

"Oh I see I wish you the best," Grayson said with a smirk for some reason.

"Yep sorry probably next time," I said facing towards Max.

"Oh I know," Grayson said back walking to his seat.

While me and Max were disusing who  we were going to talk about and talking about other things to the bell rang.

"So your ready to go swimming," Max said happy.

"Yea see you later at the gym," I said walking toward my locker.

When I put all my stuff in the locker I was about to start walking until I saw Grayson kissing the same girl he was talking earlier while they were kissing Grayson eyed me while kissing her.
