He shyly pointed at the beige baggy sweater, "That's a nice choice! why don't you try in on?" I suggested.

"What's your size?" I tried to help unnecessarily.
I liked it.
I liked doing things for Harry.

"Medium." I searched the shelf and when I finally found his size I handed it over to him. Maybe he was hiding it but he was bursting with happiness, "When was the last time you shopped?" I asked casually looking at other shirts and picking them up, if I liked them.

"When I was fifteen." He adjusted his fringe that kept falling on his forehead.

"That's an awfully long time!" I looked up at him.

He prepared himself for a bit and answered, "My mama said I just wasted money so I didn't ask her for anything after that, I didn't want to trouble her." I wanted to box myself for making him sad again.

"That's okay curly, you were such a good son." He sniffled but continued looking at his shoes, "You can pick whatever you like, do you want to try these on?" I showed him the pile of clothes in my hand.

He nodded and I just got another reason to hold his hand so that I could take him to the changing room.

"You take your time and keep whatever you like on one side. Okay?" I said before withdrawing myself from that cramped up place with mirrors on all sides but he didn't let go of my hand.

"No please stay!" Was it wrong that I wanted to kiss his pout away?

"Ill be waiting right outside doll."

Hesitantly he let go of my hand.

He locked the door and I heard few shuffling noises.

"Are you there?" he said softly hoping id hear it. I chuckled softly at his innocence.

"Yes, I'm right here." I said and I swear I heard him sigh.

My gaze landed on the sales woman who was adoring the little moment Harry and I shared I smiled at her and she smiled back.

He was kind of taking long so I just decided to do something till then instead of standing there and getting bored.

"Are you done love?" I said as I knocked at the door with my credit card between my teeth and the tiny bag in my hand, which had the item I had just paid for.

Gee! I went through the long queue for billing and he was still changing.

With my clumsy hands I finally place the card back in my wallet and my wallet back in my jeans.

"I'm done." The door opened and the boy looked breathtaking in those lights, his fringe fell on his eye again, his doe eyes looking delicately gorgeous and his hair were a mess, his failed attempts to tame his chaotic curls was so...beautiful.

This was just the right time to pull out the olive green bandana I brought for him, stepping closer just made him still as ice, "Nothing is wrong." I whispered before he started to panic about anything, I adjusted the bandana on his head pushing away most of the curls behind, leaving some just in a way that it looked perfect on him.

"There!" I stepped back and admired him like he was a masterpiece, my masterpiece.

He turned around and he saw infinite images of himself touching his hair, "It looks so nice." He said breathlessly.

In a quick second he turned around and gave me a bone crushing hug, which I happily accepted, "Thank you master." He said with his temple pressed against my chest. Just when I was about to hug him back he pulled away with pink tainted cheeks.

"Which one do you like?" he was done with shopping for bottoms and now he just had to pick a t-shirts, "These five fit me, Can you help me pick one?" he said innocently holding the messy bunch of clothes in his hand.

I pretended like I was in deep thought.

"You like all five."

"I do." He looked at the clothes with a confused expression.

"Hmm" I stretched my drama a little more, "Then we take all the five."

"I-I can't ask for so much sir! I don't have the right." My eyebrows furrowed, "you're not the one asking." I said not even realising when my voice became small.

"They thought us that we don't deserve gifts and I don't deserve all this." He said and I could feel my heart breaking.

"Don't believe them okay, they just lie all the time, they are bad people Harry. " I moved closer and cupped his cheek, "Look at me." I forced him.

Green eyes met blue.

"You're so beautiful, you deserve this entire world." No one could deny that.

"And I can buy as many gifts as I want for you." My voice was soft but firm.

He was silent, "Do you want to go to the amusement park now?" I tried changing the topic.

He slightly nodded, not sure weather he had a say in it or not.

"But I can't take you..."

"Okay." He agreed, giving up so easily.

"Until you show me that pretty smile." I continued and he looked up at me and attempted to smile because my skills did catch him off guard.

"I'm not happy! how about I real smile" I emphasis on the real' " the pretty one, the one! that makes your lovely dimples pop." I mentally slapped myself because I described his smile with too many adjectives.

Will he be creeped out?

I started to panic inwardly.

But this time his smiled so bright and it was genuine!

and the fact that the reason behind his smile was me, just made me a happier man then I was!
