1. Open PicsArt and click on draw

3. And select the picture you want as a background

4. Now, click on layers (bottom right corner) and you should have an empty layer right above your photo layer (purple)... In this layer, you will add the photo you'll be using by clicking on the second bottom right corner (blue)
