He's here! You take a deep breath, and race downstairs to the front door. You take a second to organize yourself before unlocking and opening the front door.

There stood Zane in an all white suit, man, once you get a better look you can't believe how stunning he looks in it.

"You look beautiful, (y/n)," Zane says sweetly, making your cheeks darken with blush.

"Thank you Zane, you don't look that bad yourself," you giggle. "I'll see you later mom and dad!"

You hear muffled voices come from the kitchen, but it's better not to question. So with that, you and Zane dart to his white motorcycle parked in front of your house.

"Zane, this night has been the best," you smile, taking another bite out of the salad you ordered from a very fancy restaurant. Even wearing what you were wearing, you felt underdressed.

"I am pleased that you think that," Zane smiles. "I have one last thing I wanted to give to you."

"What is it?"

"This neckless."

Zane grabs a moon-shaped neckless from his pocket, and gestures for you to take it. It says 'we dream together.'

"Zane.." you trail off in awe. It's the prettiest neckless you've ever laid eyes on. "It's amazing."

"I knew you'd like it," he laughs a bit. "I have a sun, it says 'we laugh together.' I just felt like it was meant for us."

You give Zane a tight hug from across the table, and look back at the neckless. You struggle to put it on, so Zane helps.

Overall. Best. Night. Ever.

I feel SO bad for such a short chapter, but I've been brain dead for this entire week on Zane's date. I just had nothing.
I hope you guys can forgive me. ❤️
