You can write this in as many comments as you need, but, c'mon, not in a million comments just to tick people off or something.
Wait until your form is accepted before roleplaying! (Tag me if you must, but I will be on Wattpad every day so...yeah.)
Name: First and last names required, nicknames in parentheses if applicable, and your middle name if you want
Age: Keep in mind this is a high school. The youngest you can be is thirteen because some of you might want your characters to be Child Geniuses or something, and the oldest seventeen.
Level: Nine, Ten, Eleven, or Twelve. Remember, levels are pretty much grades/years, so think about your age!
Gender: Male or female. Self-explanatory. (Not everyone is a girl, people! We need some Y's, if you know what I mean.)
Species: A list of possible species at the bottom.
Hometown: Remember, a maximum of four people from each hometown! If you choose one that already has four people, I will notify you and you can change it.
Side: Good, bad, or neither. Maybe a brief explanation if you find it necessary.
Sexuality: Hetero (straight), homo (gay/lesbian), bi
Relationships: Not just crushes and whatever. Family, friends, exes. The whole shabang!
Powers and Skills: Powers are like mind control, and skills are like good at painting. Remember, NO MARY SUES.
Weaknesses and Flaws: This will keep the Mary Sues under control. Just remember not to drown your character in flaws, which is just as bad as dousing them in skills. They become pretty useless, after all.
Personality: What are you like? Keep in mind not everyone can be a always-blushing shy girl, or an arrogant hothead, or a closed off nerd. Feel free to be one, but please, not too many.
Appearance: Hair colour, eye colour, hairstyle, skin tone, typical outfit. Maybe scars? Tattoos? No face claims, but links are accepted. (Links can be for clothes too.)
Backstory: You can put this in a separate comment if you want more space. Just remember that not everyone can have a tragic tear-jerker of a backstory. There is still a such thing as happy childhoods and smiles, people!
Dormitory Preference: Check out the dorms for your character's gender and then pick the one that you think fits their personality the best and you would like them to sleep in. Remember, this is what your character would like, not what YOU would like. Also, in parentheses, you can say if there's a particular character you want to room with, and I'll try to put you two together. However, I'll be making putting your character in the preferred DORMITORY top priority, so if they want to go to Dorm 5 and the person they want to room with wants to go to Dorm 6, they won't be rooming. (Keep in mind that girls can't be in the same room as guys, even if they're siblings.) Also, make sure that dorm isn't full yet.
Other Information: Whatever. Be creative. Have a pet. Have a favourite colour. Other informations are important because they give your character DEPTH; they make them FULLER, more REAL. You know.MY CHARACTERS (for examples)

Backstory: Sebastian's father, a shapeshifter from Hamlet, pretended to be a merman and "hooked up" with Sebastian's naïve mother, the youngest child of the rulers of Atlantis, who had no chance of being crowned because she had seven older siblings. When the king of Atlantis found out, he had Sebastian's father beheaded and Sebastian's mother banished. The people of Hamlet pitied Sebastian's mother, Winifred, because they knew of the one-night-stand ways of Sebastian's father, Gregory, so they let her stay in Hamlet for free for five years. By the end of those five years, Winifred had gotten a stable job and was able to support herself and Sebastian. When her son was six, Winifred married Gregory's brother, James. At seven, Sebastian had himself a maternal half-sister, Jasmine, who he grew to be very protective of. Winifred had decided to homeschool Sebastian because she wanted to raise him how he would have been raised in Atlantis, but James convinced her to let Jasmine go to regular school. However, for Level Eight, Winifred let Sebastian go to a private school. Winifred taught Sebastian how to be forgiving and caring, and when she died on his sixteenth birthday (when he turned fifteen), August 9, Sebastian chose to hold those teachings close to his heart to honour her. James and Winifred had had an amazing bond, and when she died in a car crash with Jasmine, he was heartbroken and couldn't bear to look at Sebastian. Therefore, James signed Sebastian up to go to the new school, Reverie High. This year will be Sebastian's first year in a public school.

Backstory: Was born in Enolisp and dropped off at an orphanage because of her horrific appearance. She lived at Lady Paris's House for Lost Children for seven years, growing accustomed to the snickers and trips from the other orphans, the snarky comments from Lady Paris, and stares and ridiculing from the public. Her childhood bully, Christopher Peck, called her such terrible names one night that she decided to run away. However, Kayla chose a bad night to do so, because it rained and hailed and blew wind right at her right for two hours straight as she tried to find her way to somewhere in her thin layer and worn out sneakers. Eventually, she passed out. When she woke up, she was wrapped in blankets in a police station. At first, Kayla panicked, but then a moustached officer calmed her down. After some things were straightened out, Kayla was sent to an adoption centre—it was nicer than Lady Paris's House for Lost Children, but she still got picked on by other schoolchildren and stared at by the other orphans. A week after she moved into the adoption centre, Kayla was adopted by that moustached officer, who she has grown fond of in that brief time she knew him. The officer was named Joseph Stocks, but Kayla decided to call him Joey or Joey Socks. Joseph became quite protective of Kayla, and the two were very close. Kayla reached the prime of her life; straight-A's, though she had to be excused from P.E., two guy friends (Gary Green and Eric Walker) and one girl friend (Mary Green), and even a crush. Kayla was balanced in the way that she was amazing with technology but loved the Great Outdoors. One day, Joseph was contacted that Kayla should skip the eighth grade and come straight to Reverie High, and, after some reassuring from the school and reluctance from Joseph, the officer finally accepted.

For more information on these species, visit http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Fantasy_creaturesNOTE: You can also be a hybrid, so you'll have a combination of powers, looks, and heritages. However, then you must take into account that your powers will be less...well, powerful, then those of your parents because you won't be a pure-bred. For instance, Sebastian Merceau. He's only half-shapeshifter, so he can only change into animals that he is familiar with.
