She quickly shut her mouth staring at the slightly giddy boy, as he looked around. Taking in a deep breath, she followed his eyes towards his pockets as he pulled out a small baby blue box.
She gaped, looking up at the boy as he gave her a small smile. She couldn't help but smile at how nervous he looked.
He quickly pulled open the box only to have it drop onto the floor. A light laugh leaving her lips, as he quickly picked the box up again. His cheeks tinted a light pink color.
"Will you accept this promise ring in being my girlfriend"
"See? I have one too"
The boy lifted his hand up to the girls face, tears began to well up as she quietly nodded her head, the boy smiling as he lightly placed the ring into her finger before they both engulfed each other in a tight hug. A string of 'I love you' leaving both of their mouths.
The girl couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with happiness as to how she can call him hers. The tears began falling out of her eyes as she realized how much she will miss him.
"Six months" he whispered.
"Wait for me, I will be back in six months" she silently nodded as he left small kisses against her lips before continuously kissing all over her face causing her to laugh at how dorky his personality is.
He quickly let her body go, picking up his luggage as he ran off.
She couldn't help but let out a happy sigh as she stared down at the simple band.
