The weekend

Serenity and a few of her girlfriends are at her apartment complex getting dressed so that they can go out tonight.  Serenity,Jasmine, and melody are excited for the evening since they haven't had a girls night in a while.
Serenity met Jasmine and melody in school, when she was studying to be a nurse, she would always see the two of them sitting next to each other, playing in each others hair in class, and calling each other cute pet names like bae,baby,and princess, she always thought that they where just super close, so she was in shock when they admitted to being lesbians.
Jasmine was the dominant one in the relationship, she definitely wore the pants. Melody could be a push-over at times but you could see it in her eyes that she was happy with Jasmine, and loves her with all of her heart.

"T.G.I.F" Serenity yells to her girlfriends.

Serenity turns her head to see the picture of her and Jayvontae on the wall, she sticks her lip out, and begins to pout. Jayvontae works graveyard shift so he's unable to tag along for the fun.

The girls always come over to serenity's house to get dressed because she has the most beautiful vanity set, and her flat irons are topnotch. Half of serenity's head is flat ironed and the other half is kinky with a wide toothed comb hanging onto the kinks, she's currently wearing some pink boys shorts and a spaghetti strapped cameo top.

"Melody, hand me my lighter?" jasmine asks.

Melody walks over to the patio, where Jasmine last had her wallet from smoking a cigarette not too long ago. Melody grabs Jasmine's lighter from out of Jasmine's black and gold colored Steve Madden wallet .

"Jasmine, another cigarette ? Really dude?" Serenity asks Jasmine.

"Right, that's shit's nasty , but she don't listen to me" melody says, in reply to serenity's comment to Jasmine.

Jasmine rolls her eyes as she digs in her pocket.

"first of all skanks, it's my life, so shut the fuck up" Jasmine tells melody and Serenity "and second I'm not smoking a cigarette, I'm tryna get litty lit" Jasmine says while pulling a blunt out of her pocket.
Jasmine lights the blunt and inhales deeply.

"Nu-uh" serenity says "not in here!" She adds "you know I hate that shit!" She says to Jasmine.

Jasmine passes the blunt to melody, melody hits the blunt.
"Hello ?! Do y'all hear me ?" Serenity says waving her hands in front of Jasmine and Melody's faces as they continue to ignore her.

"Girl, how the fuck do you live in LosAngeles and you don't smoke weed?" Jasmine asks serenity.

Serenity runs in her cleaning pantry and picks up her ocean scented febreeze, she begins to spray the perimeter of her apartment.

"First of all, the shit stinks, secondly, You know that I hate getting high" Serenity states.
" I hate the feeling of being out of control" she adds on.

"Yousa lie" melody and Jasmine both say in sequence.

"girl you know once you hit that patrone bottle that you be loose as a goose" Melody says to Serenity.

Serenity rolls her eyes, she flings her hand towards them, shooing them away. Serenity begins to open all of her windows so that the stintch of marijuana can escape her apartment.

Serenity walks out of her bedroom,into the living room, to open the front door. As Serenity opens the door,she peaks out of it to see Elijah delivering a package to one of her neighbors.

"It's kind of late to be delivering mail" Serenity says to Elijah.

"Gotta get that overtime" Elijah replies to Serenity.

"Okay boy get your shmoney" Serenity says to Elijah.

Elijah laughs, showing off his pretty white teeth and an even more attractive smile.

"Hey Elijah, some friends and I are going out tonight, were going to the hookah lounge and I guess it's an all white theme, it's supposed to be jumping with black lights, and some more" Serenity says.

"Are you inviting me?" Elijah asks serenity. He looks her in the eyes and licks his lips.

"Don't flatter yourself" serenity replies.

"How about this, I'll show up to your event, if you don't show up looking like that."

Serenity blushes in embarrassment as she forgot how she was dressed, Her eyes widen and she places both hands over her face, she Grabs the door knob with one of her hands and slowly closes the door in front of her.

"I like that comb though!" Elijah yells through the door.

Elijah drops his head laughing. As Elijah was beginning to walk away, a white slip of paper slides from underneath serenity's door. Elijah picks up the slip and opens it, the paper has Serenity's number on it, as well as the address to the hookah lounge, and the time they should be there.

"And don't have me waiting!" Serenity yells through the door to Elijah.
