Chapter 1
Ok; so you know all those stories; well fairytales I guess any mortal would call them; ya, well I bet you wouldn't believe me if I told you they were true. I'm a part of a large (but secret) community of Runners. Runners help your fairytales to stay fairytales. We travel all over the world searching for fairytale creatures and hide them from mortal eyes. You see if I was out on a walk and saw a fairy I would quickly capture it and release it somewhere away from prying eyes. Well now as your reading this book if you start to notice strange things(like little flying pixies in your morning tea) then immediately stop reading this book and contact me. Runners are born not made. Oh and I think I forgot to mention Runners are immortal (which can be very useful at times). This is an adventure I have been on. A journey you're probably glad you weren't on. Though it is only one exciting tale there will always be more.
