(Hayes was about to go on a year long tour)
Hayes's POV
"I dont want to go but there makeing me y/n" i said and she hugged me tight
"Please dont go" she said with a shaky voice, i felt so bad for haveing to leave her.
"I love you" i said
"I love you too" she hugged even tighter but it didnt hurt
"Your my everything, we will get through this" i kissed the top of her head
"I dont know if i can handle the distance from you, what if you find a better girl than me" she said and started to tear up
"Dont talk like that, your the best girl in the world, if i ever cross your mind just know im yours and only yours" i said looking her in the eyes
"Are you sure we can do this?" She said
"Im more than sure because what we have will stay with us through this" i said
"Okay, i love you" she kissed me i kissed her back
"Love you too, ill see you in 365 days" i hugged her and walked away to the plane, i looked back and saw her crying as she walked away. And i couldnt help but cry when i got in the plane. Time for a year of this...
*364 days later*
I go back to y/n finally but she hasnt texted or talked to me for months, its finally time to see her, iv been waiting a year for this moment.
(The next day)
TODAYS THE DAY!!!!! Im so exited to see y/n omggggg ahhhh!!
(Skip the flight home)
I got in the house and sat my bags down and ran oht the door
"GOIN TO Y/N'S!!!" I ran out smileing
"Wait haye-" my moms said but i thought she just wanted me to get something for her but i ignored her lol
I finally got to y/n's door, and knocked. Her mom answerd
"Hayes?" She said
"Hey! Im back! Wheres y/n!" I said exitedly but she started to cry
"Whats wrong?" I asked
"Hayes i have horrible news for you" she said and took me in the house and sat me down on the couch
"Y/n has been diegnosed with cancer, she is in the hospital" she said
"We need to go there!" I yelled
"No we cant , we will see her in one month, she is recovering right now" she said
"Oh umm okay well i should get home" i said and huged her and walked home crying.
(One month later)
I was on my phone when i heard a knock on the door
"HAYES CAN YOU ANSWER THAT?" My mom yelled from downstairs
"Whatever" i said and opened it only to see y/n standing there.
I ran and hugged her so tight i swear she problably couldnt breath lol.
"OH MY GOD! YOUR BACK I THOUGHT I WASNT VER GOING TO SEE YOU AGAIN!!!" I yelled
"Hayes calm down" she said and giggled
"Come inside i have so many things pland for us to do! I have a list! come upstairs!" I took her hand and rushed her upstairs with me.
