Lily Evans:
*Thump* *Thump*. Ugh "Petunia let me sleep for 10 bloody minutes! Would it kill you?" I sighed in frustration and slammed the pillow over my head. *Thump* *Thump*. This time I shot up from the bed and through the door open to yell at Tuney. "What?" I screamed into the empty hallway. Petunia stuck her head out of her bedroom door and gave me a devilish look " Why are you screaming?" She huffed. I closed my door with no response and wipped open my closet door. I grabbed a blue flower dress and pulled it on. *Thump* *Thump* what the bloody hell is that noise? I looked into the closet and there was nothing. "This is gonna be a wonderful day" I grimaced sarcastically. I walk to the bathroom to brush my hair and teeth. When I come back the noise is there again. I'm about to scream when I see an owl at the window. I mentally scold myself for being rude to Petunia. I open the door and the owl flys around the room. He (or what I can only assume is a he) drops the letter in my hand. "Thank you" I say smiling, and he flies off happy with his delivery. I'm gonna get an owl, there so cute I think to myself. I open the letter and look at all the things I will need for my seventh year, I dance around excitedly at the fact that school is so close. For a few hours I fiddle around with stuff in my room. Boring. I grab my wand and aparate outside, I only learned how almost 2 months ago even though my birthday was almost 7 months ago. I goof around with charms when I see mum and dad pull into our drive. Oh I have to tell them about my letter! I dash into the house and grab my letter and show my parents. My mum grabs the letter and sing-songs nonsense about me. "Petunia we're going shopping for Lily's school supplies. Do you want to come?" Mom shouted up to Petunias room. "What we're going now?" I almost yelled. Mum nodded and that was enough for me I dashed to the car to await the drive. Mum came out but not Petunia, figures. That's ok, I don't want her messing up my day anyways. "Ready dear?" Mum asks, I nod excitedly. And with that we were off to knock turn alley. Guess today won't be so bad.
