Ava's P.O.V.

"Ava! You're here!" Caitlin exclaimed as she hugged me. "I'm here!" I said with a shurg and a smile. Caitlin wanted me to come over for a week now. She said it was important,and she said to bring my mom. Weird right? "So,what was so important?" I asked her as we walked inside her two story house. "Oh yeah" she remembered, "Mom! They're here!" Caitlin called out to her mom,Sandi,and she came down the stairs in an instant. "Hey!" She said cheerfully. I smiled and waved at her,as my mom hugged her. We sat down on the couch and Caitlins mom spoke.
"This summer,we want to do something fun...." Sandi began and my mom nodded.
"So,we wanted to take the kids to an all summer fine arts camp!" She concluded. My eyes widened. "Really?!" I said,excited as ever. Sandi nodded and I quickly turned to my mom with a pleading look. "Please?" I begged her. She smiled at me. "Of course! I think it's good for you all to go" She replied. Me and Caitlin jumped up and hugged each other. The moment was ruined when the boys walked in. "What goes on?" Justin said,acting casual. "We're all going to a summer fine arts camp!" I said, overly excited again. "Woah! Seriously?!" Christian said,with the same expression I had when I found out. "Yep! Now everyone get home,we leave early tomorrow morning! Meet here at,say,six thirty?" Sandi told us. We all groaned. My mom chuckled and pushed me out the door.
I walked into my bedroom and headed to my closet,pulling out every single outfit and putting,no,cramming them into my tiny suitcase. When I finished, I walked over to my laptop,updated my facebook,then went to sleep.

"We're here kids!" Sandi said as she got out of the car. I got out,followed by everyone else,and we looked around in amazement. It was ah-mazing. The good thing was,we got to pick our own cabins,and girls and boys could be together. Of course,me,Caitlin,Christian and Justin picked a cabin together. Once we were settled,we were instructed to go to a meeting for 'newbies'. We walked in and there were quite a few people. I wasn't paying attention and bumped into someone. I looked up and was about to say sorry,until I got lost in his eyes. "S-sorry" I stuttered. He looked at me and smiled. "Hey,i'm Jake." I smiled "Ava" I replied. "Pretty name. Are you new?" I nodded.
"Alright campers! All the new people are required to sing or perform anything for us all! To see what catagory you belong in. I looked nervously at Jake. He looked at me and smiled. "You'll be fine,Ava" He reassured. Of course,I was called first. I made a face like '-__-' and went up on the wooden stage. I sat down at the piano and started playing. (The song she's playing is in the external link,she sounds like Tiffany Alvord btw) When I finished, everyone clapped. I looked over at Jake,he was smiling ear to ear,and clapping loudly. I smiled and walked offstage. "You did great!" Jake complimented. I smile "Thanks" I said as I gave him a side hug.
