I follow Jackson into the large group of people I don't know and put a confident looking smile on my face.

A few girls that I vaguely remember from Friday night called me over to swim.

"I'll be right there!" I call, and they head towards the water.

I pull my shorts off and then my T-Shirt. A few guys whistled at my now almost naked body. I hate bikinis.

My other swimsuit was a comfortable one piece that I loved, now I am baring my stomach and a bit of cleavage to everyone on the beach.

It's fine. I tell myself, almost every girl on the beach is wearing a bikini and some show more. You're fine Sam.

I resist the urge to cover myself, smile at the many people staring at me, and head to the water.

We swim around for a few minutes, squealing about how cold it is, then we stand waist deep in the water and the three girls I've been swimming with start talking.

Jackson said to talk to at least five people I don't know, may as well knock three of them out now.

After 30 minutes of conversing, I politely excuse myself to go to the beach, and reapply sunscreen.

Jackson came up to me and showed me his phone. It was a picture of me laughing and talking and hanging over the three girls' shoulders. "They didn't count for today."

"But I had no memory of them! It has to count!" I complained.

"It didn't in my book. And some of the guys here wouldn't count either since you kissed four or five of them."

"What?!"

"Yeah."

"I don't suppose you're going to tell me who those four or five are?"

"Nope."

I groan. Fantastic.

I look around the beach and sigh, it just got worse.

Diana Ladris is marching over here with her posse and they're coming my way. Great.

Diana comes right up to me and looks down. (She's super tall and I'm super short). "I hear your a wannabe bad girl. You should give up now."

"And why's that Diana?"

"Because you could never top me. You're too stupid and naïve and innocent for all that shit. I bet you've never even sworn." She retorts, Ashe gives me a smug look.

"I'm not stupid and naïve!" I said. Wow great comeback Sam, what's next, 'you're mean.'? "And I have sworn!" I added. Nope, even worse Sam, way to go. You are officially look pathetic.

Diana snorts. "You can't even come up with a good comeback, how can you possibly think of yourself as a bad girl?"

"I-"

She raises her eyebrow.

No, I'm not gonna be scared of her, I'm gonna stand up to her! Just say something clever this time Sam.

"You know what? I don't give a fu- uh, sh- yeah, shit about you or your opinions. Goodbye." I said and I turned around and walked to the bathrooms.

Oh my god Sam you just swore. You just swore in front of everyone and you looked like an idiot. Way to go. I groan and put my face in my hands. I would sit down but the floor in here is disgusting.

Brittany came in and laid a hand on my shoulder. "Hey, you did a great job standing up to her." She said encouragingly.

"I said fu- uh, sh- yeah shit. That was stupid."

"It wasn't stupid!" She insisted. I raise my eyebrows at her, "I-it was just dumb." She added.

I smile. "Now what?"

"Now you try to be more bad than Diana Ladris so she'll try to take everything she said today back."

I nodded. "Yeah. If I'm gonna be the bad girl, I'm going to be the baddest had girl of them all."

"That's the spirit!" She smiles.

We walk out of the bathrooms and we part ways. I go straight for the jocks drinking beer and playing volley ball.

"Give me a drink." I said toughly. They stared at me. "please." I squeaked.

A guy tossed me a can. I chugged it and went for more. My body is going to hate me later.

An hour later I'm drunk, but not so drunk that I won't remember things, I decided to stop there. I also just finished a game of volleyball with the guys.

One guy asked me out. I was feeling daring and he was cute so I said yes. I also said yes to four other dates for the rest of this week.

I was on a roll, and there was no stopping me. By the time we left to go home, I had 26 guys' numbers, 4 girls' numbers, and 6 dates for this week. With 6 different guys.

I got an approving look from Jackson as we left and I went home feeling pretty good about myself. A little guilty and self conscious, sure; but good nonetheless.
