Jack smiled at his best friend Madison as she picked up a small clock, suggesting it for the new house he was buying with Dillon and Reese. He nodded and she smiled brightly, putting it in the cart along with everything else; They had been out for about two hours now and still didn't have any plans on stopping.

'Y'know" Madison said "Im so jealous of you guys, I want to be able to have a family" she finished, pouting at the end, pretending to cry but quickly laughing along with Jack and they continued looking through the different items.

"Aw Mads you'll find a girl and you can start a family with her! don't put yourself down" He said smiling at her, his smile dropping as he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket, he pulled it out seeing a text from Dillon.

Loser 💜 ;  hey babe, when will you be home? Reese is planning a surprise ;) x

me; aww we'll be back in a few hours :) maybe at like 4:30? x

Jack smiled as he put his phone in his back pocket again looking up to see Madison with her arms crossed smirking at him "what was that about?" she said in a cheeky tone nudging his arm "Dillon said that reese is planning a surprise for me" jack said smiling up at her.

"Im sure Dillon will have a surprise for you as well" she said winking at him, laughing at his red cheeks, her hair getting in her face as she laughed "ugh you are such a pervert!" he said, slapping her arm lightly whilst covering his face; a little buzz came sounding from his back pocket.

They both stopped what they were doing to look at the screen reading what the text said in confusion because Dillon and Jack just finished talking.

They both looked at each other after jack had sent the text and just freaked out a little "We have to get back! he is so cute and i love him and i wanna see the surprise!" Madison said jumping up and down Jack just nodded and quickly made to go to the checkout, Madison practically running in front of him.

They were quickly in the car speeding off, breaking almost all driving laws but they didn't care because they had somewhere important to get to and thats all that matters to them.

10 minutes later Jack and Madison were in the driveway getting out of the car in a rush but opening the door as normal as possible to seem as chill as they could be at this very moment.

When they got in they smelt some sort of pasta in the dining room, so they walked over and through the small arch to see four diner plates filled with curly pasta and some sort of chicken sauce. When Reese saw his papa and auntie he giggle and ran over to them with open arms, they both hugged him and Madison gave him a peck on the cheek.

"Wow buddy! this smells so good" Madison said, praising the small boy with Jack agreeing with her. They all sat down and Reese told them what it was while Dillon was stroking Jacks hand and Madison was taking a photo of Reese and the food posting it on Instagram before eating the food.

While this was all happening Jack was at some party his friend Cameron had invited him to, he was on his phone looking through his feed when he saw what Madison had posted, he felt a pang in his chest knowing that his little Johnson was happy without him but with some person named Dillon.

He knew it was his fault that he left but he didn't want to admit it to anyone so instead he grabbed another cup of whatever and went onto the dance floor to find someone. Anyone.

The next morning he woke up next to a boy with light brown hair in a bed that wasn't his and a horrible feeling in his heart.
