After I took Darriah to the donut shop we headed to school, on the drive there I ain't really say much. I mean what is there to say... I guess I just need time to think you know clear my head a little.
I looked down at my phone and saw I had a message from Tay Imessage : Yo Kei ..
Ugh I hope it ain't no mess or nothing , I sighed to myself ..
"Kei you okay?"
"Yeah I'm straight".. I said in a low town
"You sure ? , you're really quiet"
"Oh yeah I'm just thinking about something"
"Oh okay , well I was thinking after school we could talk and start our project, my face looks presentation worthy 💁🏾" she said smiling and looking in the mirror
"Um look can you do it by yourself You can text me if you need anything for the project" I said while pulling into the school parking lot
"What? Why can't u help me ?"she said with a disappointed look on her face
"I'm busy, I got a lot of stuff to deal with and I gotta talk to my sisters before they leave tonight, I'm so-"I said as she cut me off
"It's coo I understand you got stuff to do, just don't forget about me okay" she said with slight smile
"I'd never forget you" I said with a grin .
We hopped out the car and walked into the building I saw Chanse and Mia by the auditorium so I told darriah I'd catch up with her later , As i walked over to Chanse I saw this girl walk out of the auditorium with one of the office assistants she was gorgeous as hell ..
"Aye kid wassup" Chanse said catching my attention
"Hey wassup, yo you see her ,she new?"
"Yah her name summerella I think or Cinderella or summerista something like that but she ain't all that I seen girls way finer than her"
"Ya because you a player "
"Damn right , these females ain't loyal" she said
"Nah nigga you ain't loyal " I said laughing
"Haha very funny but I would settle down with D sister Kristen, now she bad forreal man I mean body on fleek booty just unique"
"Really dude you know she got a whole girlfriend right?"
"So the taken ones are the best ones bro give her my number tho"
"Nah find her on Facebook or something, I'll catch you later"I said as I walked down the hall to my first period class as I walked in I saw that girl from the hall in my seat , I know we ain't got assigned seats and all but that's like my seat , should I be rude and tell her to move or let her sit there and find another seat in the next 30 seconds before the bell rings then everybody start running in here like a bat out of hell 🤔 I looked around and I saw a perfect seat it was in the back by the book shelf , so I headed to the back of the class but as I passed the new girl she said something to me but the bell rung so I didn't quit hear what she said , so I just went to sit down and got on my phone and read the message I got from tay

"Excuse me" Ms.Mcfowler said
"Yes ?" I said looking up and seeing that the whole class was looking at me including summerella ..
"You seem to be interested in your phone more than this class Ms.Clayton how about you move to the front by Ms.Coleman so I can keep an eye on you "
"Yes ma'am" I said as I grabbed my bag and walked towards summer and sat at an empty desk next to her
"Okay class now you will be reading chapter 3-7 and answering the questions at the end of each chapter as your homework for the week, so I'm giving you today to start on it ,after today you're on your own , remember this is a big chunk of your grade so take it seriously"
"Hey your Keisha right?"
"Yeah sadly" I said as I pulled out my physics book
She giggled wow she has the cutest dimples ever but they're not cuter than darriah's 😌
"I'm Summerella but people call me summer"
"So do you like the summer time or something ?"
"Yeah I do actually but my mom had me during the summer time so she named me summerella"
"Nice well I'm taking this time to get some sleep" I said while putting my book up in front of me
"You need to be doing your work ma'am" she said while taking my book down
"I will just not now I got a lot going on "
"And taking a nap is going to help it?"
"Aye it's a start" I said while putting my head down to take a nap
30 minutes later...
I woke up to Ms.Mcfowler standing over me then the bell rang and everybody walked out the door I stood up and gathered my my stuff and saw summer left her journal so I grabbed it and put it in my bag and walked out the door I didn't bother to listen to what Ms.Mcfowler was saying 🙄I know it had something to do with slacking off but fuck it I ain't care I was Finna be late to P.E and I knew if I was late I would have to run 4 miles on the track and it's 100 degrees outside today 🔥 so I started running like I was a track star to get to the gym but I bumped into somebody I looked to my right and saw it was summer
"Damn Keisha watch out" she said laughing
"My bad ma I'm kinda Ina rush"I said as I started jogging to the gym entrance
"Wait up I'm headed to the gym too"
"Oh word coo you can be my excuse on why I'm late" I said while holding the door open for her
"That means you should be thanking me"
"Yeah not gone happen but you-"
"Clayton ! Hit the track!"
"Wait coach"
"You too Coleman !"
"What But I'm new!"
"I don't care ! If you're late you run the track! Now hustle before i add an extra mile"
"Okay okay"
"Come on" I said as I walked her to the locker room
"You got any gym shorts or a shirt ?"
"Yeah I came prepared" she grinned
"Man I'm running the track" Tay said as she walked into the locker room
"Y'all must be the buddies coach was talking about" she laughed
"What he say?"
"He was like Deloach join your buddies on the track!" She said mocking coach
"Dead he a hoe for making us run but at least we together i got some tea for yo ass " I said
