i walked to my bathroom and looked in the mirror. my hair was presentable but it was really tangled and i couldn't find my brush. so i started to braid my way to long brown hair. then i started on my makeup. im obsessed with beauty gurus and makeup in general so i put on foundation, concealer, bronzer, contour, highlight, then i baked my face, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, filled in my eyebrows, then out on some light pink lipstick. after caking my face like a damn pro i changed into my clothes. i wore a red & white striped crop top, high waisted light washed shorts, and my black nike sneakers because my other shoes were in a box somewhere. then i grabbed some sunglasses and my bag. my mom then gave me some money to shop around with. i walked outside and then hopped on my bike, which was already out of the box thank lord. i peddled my way out of the neighborhood and into a cute little town center. i had heard about a big mall here but i wasn't about to bike my way down the free way. i spotted a bike rack ( idk wtf you call it lay off my nuts ) and put my bike lock on. then i saw a cute little sandwich stop and walked in. the shop was painted a bright red and looked like a fire station. i walked up to the menu and decided on what to order. i then went up to the register.

"ill have an avocado toast with the side salad and a water please" i asked.

she rung up and gave me my total and i gave her the money. a girl walked up behind me.

"bruh the avocado toast is so good holy fuck"

I laughed "it looked really good, ive never had it before."

"then you haven't livedddddd omg!"

"well im about to live i guess, it's about time."

this time she laughed. "im nessa" she said then smiled.

"im Lindsey, im new around here."

"then i have to show you around!! im waiting for my friend dreya, we're going to shop, wanna join?"

i smiled "sounds good"

we sat down at a table and i ate my AMAZING avocado toast (if y'all can't tell i fucking love avocado toast) we waited about ten minutes, by the time i was finished eating and dreya had just arrived.

"hey hoe," dreya greeted nessa "who's the girl" she fake whispered to nessa.

i laughed "im Lindsey" i awkwardly waved. "hi Lindsey im dreya, aka the most amazing person in the world, aka a savage queen, aka..." nessa cut her off. "don't listen to her she's a hoe" i nodded and chuckled lightly. we walked around the shopping center and i bought more makeup. dreya on the other hand bought a bobble head squid ward. she's..... interesting. a after an hour or so they had to leave. but i still had time to walk around. as i left the store told sold dreya the bobble head i bumped into someone and dropped my bags. "oh my god i am so sorry!" i looked up and saw a really hot guy. "no it was my fault i wasn't paying attention." he bent down to grab one of his bags. "same," i reached across him and got one of my bags.

jacobs pov

i had just accidentally bumped into a really cute girl, damn. she looked very frazzled but what do i know. "iam so sorry" she said again. she kept telling me she was sorry and i kept telling her it was okay. "it's fine no worries, it was my fault anyway." you could tell she didn't believe me but she just nodded along. as i bent down to get another bag i caught her glimpse. well it started out as a glimpse and turned into me staring at her. after a while i snapped out and grabbed her hand to help her up. once she stood up i noticed she was really small. not like 4'5 or anything but she was around 5'0 and i was 5'6. "im jacob." i just kind of blurted out. she tucked a piece of her hair behind her eye and said "Lindsey." she was obviously focused on picking up her stuff of the ground. but i was to focused on her. she was just.... no words i guess. then it came to me the big shit load of it all
