Recap from part 12.2:
"Who are you?" I blurted out, then realized that I was being rude just blurting that out all of a sudden.
The woman smiled kindly and warmly at me, but the man beside her replied for her.
"Pleased to meet you, miss mr-vampire's-girlfriend. I'm the King of the sorcerers, she's the queen," he flashed me a toothy grin and gestured to the woman.
What would you do if you are found by vampires, then forced to marry the vampire prince?~12.3~
I gaped at them both. Firstly, the woman was already too fascinating for me to see...but this man...AKA the King of the sorcerers....had my familiar brown eyes looking back at me.
The woman,AKA queen, spoke. "Nice to meet you! It's a pleasure to meet someone who have captured prince Gavin's heart." Her voice rang like bells.
"Erm...Nice to meet you too, your highnesses," I bowed but I was sure I did it a little too clumsily. I really didn't know them and they came to talk to us, what do they expect me to do? I'm at a loss! Argh someone just help me!
"Nice to see you again, your highnesses. I'm sure my father would like to meet my soon-to-be bride too. So excuse us and sorry for not entertaining you both," Gavin cut in and then dragged to aside. "Phew...that was close...I was afraid they would do something to you. So now we really have to see my father or they'll wonder why we lied, baby," he winked, then leaned down to kiss me on my lips. My senses tingled, I wanted more, but this is public, and it won't be good for Gavin if rumors with extra things added in it goes around the kingdom. I certainly wouldn't want anything bad to befall on my dearest Gavin. Without him, I can't survive.
Unconsciously I hugged him tightly, but since he's a vampire and he's strong, he didn't complain. Of course it didn't hurt him. In return, he snaked his arms around my waist and brought me closer to him. "I love you," I whispered. His eyes glowed with happiness. "I love you too. But I love you a lot more than you love me." What a bad boy..hehehe....but I guess we'll never know who love each other more.
A little while later, Gavin and I were standing before the King and Queen of the vampires. Well, they don't look to be like bad guys, but the King was a little too stern for my liking. The queen was more relaxed and friendly. "Since you two are already engaged, Angeline dear, you might as well call me mum," the queen smiled, "I've always wanted a daughter of my own, but I only have Gavin, so I thought I have to wait a long time to have a daughter-in-law, but he isn't a disappointment!" She burst in laughter.
